VW Golf 7 GTI Downpipe

SUPERCIRCUIT has produced a 3.0" catless downpipe for the VW Golf Mk 7 GTI from grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and full TIG/Argon welded.

The SUPERCIRCUIT 3.0" Catless Downpipe installed to the VW Golf Mk7 GTI below.



The VW Golf  Mk7 GTI turbo is just behind the engine, near the firewall. It can be located easily and the downpipe is secured to the turbo with a metal clamp (SEE BELOW). 

This is how the VW Golf Mk7 GTI undercarriage looks like after the stock original downpipe is removed.

The VW Golf 7 GTI stock original downpipe with catalytic converter (RIGHT) Vs. SUPERCIRCIUT 3.0" catless downpipe (LEFT BELOW).


The metal clamp (SHOWN BELOW) is to be reused to secure the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe back into position at the turbo outlet.


At the other end of the downpipe is the factory stock catback exhaust system (SEE BELOW). The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is 100% compatible with the stock original exhaust system. Just clamp it with the factory original clamps at the turbo side and the catback side. No modification is required.





The SUPERCIRUCUIT catless downpipe for the Volkswagen Golf 7 GTI is designed to be able to straight bolt-on and 100% compatible with the turbo and the rest of the exhaust system. The CEL (check engine light) issue can be countered with a pre built-in O2 sensor defouler (included) with the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe.

Peugeot 408 Turbo Downpipe

SUPERCIRCUIT has the catless Downpipe for the Peugeot 408 Turbo.




The Peugeot factory stock original downpipe is covered by heat shield and can be located easily after you pop the bonnet of the Peugeot 408T (SEE BELOW).




The stock original Peugeot 408T downpipe is with catalytic converter. We replaced it with a catless one from SUPERCIRCUIT for high efficiency and less restrictive exhaust flow, hence better engine performance. 





The SUPERCIRUCUIT catless downpipe for the Peugeot 408T is designed to be 100% compatible with the turbo and the rest of the exhaust system, just straight bolt-on. The CEL (check engine light) issue can be countered with a pre built-in O2 sensor defouler (included) with the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe.

Peugeot 308 Turbo Downpipe

SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe for the Peugeot 308 Turbo installed.

The Peugeot factory stock original downpipe is covered by heat shield and can be located easily after you pop the bonnet of the Peugeot 308T. (SEE BELOW) 


Once the heat shield and the factory stock downpipe is removed, the turbo outlet can be seen clearly (SEE BELOW).

Comparing the Peugeot 308 Turbo factoy stock downpipe and the SUPERCIRCUIT 2.5" stainless steel catless downpipe (SEE BELOW). The catless downpipe provides larger and less restrictive exhaust flow, it is good for ECU tuning or ECU reflashing needs.

The installation of the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe on the Peugeot 308T is just straight bolt-on, no further modification is required. 



The stock original heat shield can be put back in position even after the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe is installed. It is neat and tidy at the engine bay. 


The bottom part of the SUPERCIRCUIT Peugeot 308T Downpipe is to be connected back to the rest of the exhaust system via the exhaust clamp shown earlier in this article. This downpipe is 100% compatible with the stock original Peugeot 308T catback exhaust system.



The O2 sensor defouler is pre-built onto the SUPERCIRCUIT donwpipe, so no CEL issue here.

Perodua Myvi 1.3/1.5 bolt-on Catback Exhaust Kit

SUPERCIRCUIT has developed a full plug 'n play exhaust system for Perodua Myvi 1.3/1.5. It is specially made for those who appreciate top notched craftsmanship, high quality product and enjoys performance.


The SUPERCIRCUIT catback exhaust system for the Perodua Myvi 1.3/1.5 is made with grade 304 stainless steel, then bent by CNC mandrel bent machine for consistence and precised piping inner diameter, hence minimizes exhaust flow restriction.


One piece piping design - we made this catback exhaust system from a single piece of stainless steel pipe and have reduced welding joint to the minimum, so lesser imperfection due to welding, and looks better too!

True stainless steel catback exhaust system - all materials used are of grade 304 stainless steel e.g. hooks and rods are made of stainless steel too!



Full TIG/Argon welding - every single joint is welded with TIG (tungsten inert gas) welding process. So the whole exhaust system is rust proof!

Toyota Estima 2.4L ACR50 Header/ Extractor

We have just installed the SUPERCIRCUIT exhaust header to the Toyota Estima (ACR50, 2006-2015, also called Toyota Tarago/ Previa in some countries) with 2.4L engine here at SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.

This stainless steel hand crafted exhaust header is less restriction, provides higher exhaust flow efficiency hence allowing smoother engine output and better torque. 


The original metal gasket is to be reused during the installation of the SUPERCIRCUIT Estima 2.4L Header later (see below).

The Toyota Estima 2.4L factory stock header with catalytic converter Vs. SUPERCIRCUIT header with is decated (see below).


The SUPERCIRCUIT stainless steel header for the Toyota Estima ACR50 2.4L is straight bolt-on, no further modification is required during the installation.



The SUPERCIRCUIT Header is compatible with the Toyota Estima ACR50 factory stock HEAT SHIELD. So the original heat shield can be installed back in position, it is neat and tidy!
