VW Golf Mk6 GTI Catless Downpipe

The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe for the Volkswagen Golf Mk 6 GTI is made with grade 304 stainless steel CNC mandrel bent piping and TIG/Argon welded for straight bolt-on application.





The VW Golf 6 GTI factory stock downpipe with catalytic converter and the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe.


The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe fits nicely to the VW Golf 6 GTI 2.0L TSI factory stock IHI turbo (SEE BELOW).  


The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe is also compatible with the rest of the catback exhaust system. Just plug 'n play to the VW Golf GTI original stock turbo and the catback exhaust system. (SEE BELOW)

Catalytic Converter Replacement for BMW 630i (E63)

The headers (or called exhaust extractors) of the BMW 6-series (E63) straight six cylinder N52 engine comes with two catalytic converter as stock.


In most cases, the factory stock catalytic converters can last the life of the car. But things sometimes do go wrong with catalytic converters prematurely. A hard acceleration that creates sharp blow to the catalytic, e.g. floor the gas pedal, could damage the catalyst material, blocking the flow of exhaust flow and hurting engine performance. An engine that's burning excessive oil could also wear out a catalytic converter before its time. In addition, certain fuel additives can (and do) counteract and prematurely age the catalysts.

Since most of the factory fitted stock catalytic converters are made of ceramic substrate, it is brittle and might break if knocked or in the case of a car accident.


If you are experiencing a CEL (check engine light) and it shows P0420 code on the OBD-II scanner, then most probably you are having a 'Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1)' trouble or in simple engine, your Catalytic Converter is not working and need to be replaced!



So, we will remove the exhaust headers where the troubled catalytic converter is located.

This is how the exhaust outlets of the BMW N52 straight-six cylinder magnesium engine looks like, after the headers are removed (SEE BELOW).

We removed the faulty catalytic converters and replaced with a 'HIGH FLOW' cat., for better breathing and higher performance output. This HIGH FLOW cat has 200 cells and is less restrictive compared to the factory O.E. catalytic converter which normally comes in 600-700 cells per square inch.


The BMW 630i stock headers are installed back in position with the new catalytic converters. Everything is back in position and no Check Engine Light issue due to faulty catalytic converter, no P0420 code detected!

BMW M3 (E92) X-pipe Custom

Exhaust X-pipe (or called crossover pipe) and H-pipe synchronizes the balance of the exhaust pulses from each bank of cylinders, for V6 or V8 engines, based on firing order which increases velocity and scavenging from each cylinder.


There are various tests have shown that, the X-pipe improves torque and gives better horse power but reducing in-cabin exhaust noise over the other exhaust setup.


Here, we have custom crafted a set of X-pipe for the BMW M3 (E92) with full mandrel bent stainless steel and hand TIG welded.



Even though the factory fitted E92 BMW M3 centre section already came with an X-pipe, but the setup is restrictive because thre are two resonators and two catalytic converter.

The middle section of the BMW E92 M3 exhaust system is removed.

Replaced with a set of 2.5" stainless steel x-pipe exhaust section crafted by SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop. 

It is designed to be straight bolt-on, strictly no cutting or welding on the existing exhaust system.

Porsche Cayenne GTS X-pipe Custom

X-pipe (or called crossover pipe) and H-pipe synchronizes the balance of the exhaust pulses from each bank of cylinders, for V6 or V8 engines, based on firing order which increases velocity and scavenging from each cylinder.


There are various tests have shown that, the X-pipe outperforms H-pipe exhaust systems, especially as RPM increases, providing both better torque and power.

Here, we have custom crafted a set of X-pipe for the Porsche Cayenne GTS with full mandrel bent stainless steel and hand TIG welded.

The X-shaped formation allows better exhaust gas scavenging, noise cancellation and better balance between cylinder banks. The result is a significant increase in power and torque but a reduction in in-cabin noise. Isn't it the best of both worlds?

Kia Forte 1.6 Sedan 4-1 Extractor/ Header

We have just installed a set of SUPERCIRCUIT 4-1 extractor/header to the Kia Forte Sedan 1.6L shown below. The SUPERCIRCUIT extractor has a 4-1 setup and the stock catalytic converter is omitted.

The whole SUPERCIRCUIT Kia Forte extractor is made with grade 304 CNC mandrel bent stainless steel piping and TIG/Argon welded by our master craftsmen here at SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.



The SUPERCIRUCUIT catless header for the Kia Forte 1.6 Sedan is designed to match with the Kia's 1.6L Gamma in-line 4 petrol engine at the front and is  to be able to straight bolt-on to the rest of the factory stock exhaust system at the bottom.



The O2 sensor is plugged back into position (SEE BELOW). No check engine light, no fuss.

SUBARU XV Extractor

The SUBARU XV equipped with a natural aspirated 2.0-liter horizontal-opposed BOXER engine code name FB20 matched with Lineartronic Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) is at SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop.





The factory stock extractor of the Subaru XV is shown below. Factory rated engine output of 150PS and 196Nm of torque for this FB20 BOXER engine.



The SUPERCIRCIUT catless extractor developed for the SUBARU XV FB20 Boxer Engine (See below). It is made with grade 304 stainless steel, true mandrel bent and full TIG/Argon welded by our master craftsmen here at SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop.



Since the SUPERCIRCUIT Subaru XV extractor is catless, the O2 sensor defouler is included, so there is no more check engine light due to the removal of the catalytic converter. No CEL issue here.
