Subaru Impreza S-GT 2.0 Turbo Downpipe

The Subaru Impreza S-GT variant (GH) is the sibling of the outgoing and more powerful wide body Subaru Impreza WRX STI (GR) version.

The Subaru Impreza S-GT comes with 2.0L Boxer engine and matched with a twin scroll turbo claiming 247hp at 6,000rpm and 333Nm at 2,400rpm by the manufacturer.

Here, we have the catless downpipe developed for the Subaru Impreza S-GT.


The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe for the Subaru Impreza S-GT (GH) is made of grade 304 stainless steel flanges, stainless steel CNC mandrel bent piping and full TIG/Argon welded. (SEE BELOW)

You can see clearly the outlet of the twin scroll turbo of the Subaru Impreza S-GT after the stock downpipe is removed from the engine.

Volvo V40 T5 Downpipe

You have seen the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe made for the Volvo V40 CROSS COUNTRY T5 2.0 in-line 5 cylinder turbo charged engine (code B5254T12) earlier.


Now, this is its shorter sibling, the Volvo V40 T5, with 2.0 in-line 5-cylinder turbo charged engine (B5204T9) with the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe.




Removing the turbo downpipe from the Volvo V40 Cross Country T5 is quite simple and straight forward.


You can see the turbo outlet from the underneath, once the Volvo V40 T5 downpipe is removed.

The plug 'n play SUPERCIRCUIT 3.0" catless downpipe Vs. the Volvo V40 T5 factory stock downpipe with catalytic converter.


The SUPERCIRCUIT 3.0" catless downpipe made for the Volvo V40 T5 (SEE BELOW) has larger inner bore and it is made of grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bent piping that is welded by TIG/Argon. It gives better exhaust flow and a lot less restriction, hence higher engine output is achieved.


This downpipe is made for direct plug 'n play, it is compatible with the factory turbo and the rest of the exhaust system on the Volvo V40 T5.

Volvo V40 CROSS COUNTRY T5 Downpipe

We have the catless downpipe made for the Volvo V40 CROSS COUNTRY T5 2.0 in-line 5 cylinder turbo charged engine (code B5254T12) below.






Removing the turbo downpipe from the Volvo V40 Cross Country T5 is quite simple and straight forward.


The plug 'n play SUPERCIRCUIT 3.0" catless downpipe Vs. the Volvo V40 Cross Country T5 factory stock downpipe with catalytic converter.

The larger bore downpipe from SUPERCIRCUIT promotes better exhaust flow at less restriction, hence better engine output.

The second O2 sensor comes with an O2 sensor defouler, so no worry about the  CEL issue here.

Ford Fiesta 1.5L Exhaust Headers/ Extractor

The plug 'n play SUPERCIRCUIT 4-1 exhaust headers made for the Ford Fiesta Sport 1.5L Duratec Ti-VCT engine. Below are the photos during the installation at SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.


The undercarriage of  the Ford Fiesta. The exhaust system is still factory stock standard.

Once the stock exhaust header for the Ford Fiesta is removed and the four exhaust outlet ports on the Duratec engine block can be seen clearly. (SEE BELOW).


Comparing the Ford Fiesta factory stock exhaust header (in the background) and the SUPERCIRCUIT 4-1 catless header (in front). The SUPERCIRCUIT header is made of grade 304 stainless steel, mandrel bent into a 4-1 formation, then full TIG/Argon welded.

The header flange of the SUPERCIRCUIT header is machined from grade 304 stainless steel block. It is a true stainless steel header from head to tail.

This catless header is designed to straight bolt-on to the Ford Fiesta 1.5L. It is compatible with the factory stock exhaust system or any aftermarket exhaust system that its to the original header, no further modification required during the installation. 


Since the SUPERCIRCUIT 4-1 header doesn't come with the catalytic converter (catless), it allows better exhaust flow with less restriction. It is an ideal upgrade for ecu remapping or engine tuning too!

Ford Focus S+ Hatchback Twin Exhaust Custom

The 3rd generation Ford Focus S+ (Mk III) Hatchback with the custom made twin exhaust system shown below is done earlier at SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop.

The rear bumper diffuser is pre-installed, so we can custom made a set of twin exhaust system for this Ford Focus S+ Hatchback.



The Ford Focus S+ Hatchback axle-back exhaust twin exhaust is custom made with grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bent pipes and full TIG/Argon welded by the master craftsmen here at SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop.
