Once the stock exhaust header for the Ford Fiesta is removed and the four exhaust outlet ports on the Duratec engine block can be seen clearly. (SEE BELOW).
Comparing the Ford Fiesta factory stock exhaust header (in the background) and the SUPERCIRCUIT 4-1 catless header (in front). The SUPERCIRCUIT header is made of grade 304 stainless steel, mandrel bent into a 4-1 formation, then full TIG/Argon welded.
The header flange of the SUPERCIRCUIT header is machined from grade 304 stainless steel block. It is a true stainless steel header from head to tail.
This catless header is designed to straight bolt-on to the Ford Fiesta 1.5L. It is compatible with the factory stock exhaust system or any aftermarket exhaust system that its to the original header, no further modification required during the installation.
Since the SUPERCIRCUIT 4-1 header doesn't come with the catalytic converter (catless), it allows better exhaust flow with less restriction. It is an ideal upgrade for ecu remapping or engine tuning too!
