Mini Cooper S (R53) Exhaust Headers/ Extractor

SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 exhaust headers/ extractor made specially for the Mini Cooper S (R53) 2000-2006 with supercharged 1.6L Tritec engine.


The factory stock header of the Mini Cooper S (R53) comes with a big catalytic converter.

The SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 extractor/ headers for Mini Cooper S (R53) has a long primary piping that helps to create low-end torque. It is catless so it has higher exhaust flow efficiency and less restrictive compared to the factory stock one. (SEE BELOW)



The signature diamond-shaped reinforcement plates on the SUPERCIRCUIT headers. The headers give better performance and it is durable too!

The O2 sensor defouler is pre-built onto the Mini Cooper S header, so no CEL (check engine light) issue after installing this catless downpipe.

The original metal gasket of the Mini Cooper S (R53) shown below. This metal gasket is to be reused.

Proton Gen-2 CAMPRO Extractor

Proton Gen-2 was launched in 2004 where it is the first Proton to utilise an indigenous designed platform and engine - the CAMPRO (an abbreviation for Camshaft Profiling) engine and platform were both developed by Proton and Lotus. The Proton Gen-2 was first available with a 1.6 litre CamPro engine which produced 110 horsepower (82 kW) at 6,000rpm and 148Nm of torque at 4,000rpm.

Here, we enhanced the exhaust header length and form to allow better exhaust flow and  reduce the exhaust gas restriction, hence squeezing out more horse power and torque with the SUPERCIRCUIT tuned length 4-2-1 header/ extractor.



 


The SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 extractor of the Proton Gen-2 1.6 CAMPRO engine is made from grade 304 stainless steel material, CNC mandrel bent to the desired shape and full hand TIG/Argon welded by the master craftsmen here at SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop.


The signature diamond shape welding on the SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 extractor, to reinforce the welding area which is prone to cracking.

Quad Exhaust Conversion of BMW 320i F30

SUPERCIRCUIT custom made axle-back exhaust system with quad tailpipes for the BMW F30 320i installed with the M3-look bodykit.


The BMW F80 M3 styled bodykit has the rear bumper ready for quad tailpipes.

But the factory stock exhaust system of the BMW F30 320i only comes with single-sided twin tailpipes setup.

We are going to custom made a set of axle-back exhaust system with quad tailpipes to fit. Some minor adjustment to cut a small portion off the heat shield (SEE BELOW PHOTO) so the the extra piece of tailpipes can be fitted.

The custom made SUPERCIRCUIT quad exhaust axle-back exhaust system for the BMW F30 320i installed with the F80 M3 bodykit is installed. (SEE BELOW)



All of the above is hand crafted with grade 304 CNC mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and full TIG/Argon welded by the master craftsmen here at SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop.

Honda Accord 2.0 (CM) Headers/ Extractor

Honda Accord 2.0 (CM4) is the 7th generation Honda Accord produced between 2003-2007.


The exhaust headers/ extractor specially made for the Honda Accord 2.0 CM4 K20A6 in-line 4 cylinder engine. It is made with grade 304 stainless steel flange, stainless steel mandrel bent piping and fully TIG/Argon welded by the master craftsmen here at SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop.




Compared with the factory stock standard headers, the SUPERCIRCUIT exhaust headers have larger piping and less restriction on the exhaust flow by merging 4 into 1 with 44.45mm primary piping to 62.0mm collector where the original 'dounut' gasket can be installed back in position (SEE BELOW).

Another feature is the built-in heat shield brackets on the SUPERCIRCUIT Honda Accord 2.0 (CM4) headers, where the original heat shield can be installed back in position for better temperature management at the engine bay.

The below picture shows how the exhaust outlet ports of the Honda Accord 2.0 (CM4) K20A6 engine looks like, after the factory stock exhaust headers are removed.

The installation of the SUPERCIRCUIT 4-1 Headers made for the Honda Accord 2.0 (CM4) model year 2003-2007 is just straight bolt-on.  It is compatible with the factory stock exhaust system, on further modification is required.

Honda Civic FN2 Type-R Exhaust Extractor/ Headers

The improved version of the SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 extractor made for the Honda Civic FN2 Type-R now comes with flexible as standard.


The famous Honda K20 series on the European version Honda Civic Type-R is claimed to produce 201 PS (198 hp) and 193 N·m (142 lb·ft) of torque, so it has to be complimented with a set of good exhaust header.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Honda Civic FN2R extractor is made with large bore  grade 304 full mandrel bent tuned length stainless steel pipes with the 4-2-1 piping formation each comes with size 1 6/8"- 2.0" - 2 1/2" (44.45mm - 50.8mm - 63.5mm) respectively.


This improved version of the SUPERCIRCUIT Honda Civic FN2R exhaust extractor comes with two flexis and extra reinforcement at the critical welding area. (SEE BELOW)
