Perodua Axia 1.0 Exhaust Extractor Dynoed!

SuperCircuit high performance exhaust extractor for the 2014 Perodua Axia 1.0L DOHC Inline-3 cylinder engine (code 1KR-DE2) is now available at SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop or its dealers.



The 1KR-DE2 on the Perodua Axia (show below) is the more powerful variant of the Daihatsu's 1KR-DE engine which is redesigned by Perodua. It produces 66 PS (49 kW) at 6000rpm and 90 N·m (66 lb·ft) of torque at 3600rpm.


Part of the exhaust extractor is integrated to the cylinder head (below photo) to save weight and ease of production. The rest of the exhaust extractor that is exposed comes with catalytic converter and O2 sensor.  



We have developed the Exhaust Extractor (or rather is a Downpipe?) with deleted catalytic converter to help the engine to expel exhaust gas more efficiently hence better output.


The SuperCircuit extractor for Perodua Axia comes with brackets that is compatible with the factory stock heat shield. The original Perodua Axia heat shield is installed back in position (picture below). 

The dyno chart shows significant gains at the low to mid range of the Perodua Axia 1.0L engine after the SuperCircuit extractor is installed.

Proton SAGA BLM Extractor

The 2nd generation Proton SAGA also called the SAGA BLM (Base Line Model) produced since 2008 has been evolved to SAGA FL and SAGA FLX.

SuperCircuit 4-2-1 Extractor developed for the Proton SAGA CAMPRO 1.3L IAFM+ improves the low end torque and high end horse power of your ride. It is installed to the FLX variant below:




Factory stock exhaust system on the Proton SAGA FLX made of mild steel. Mild steel will get rusty over the years and carbon will deposit onto the inner surface of the exhaust pipe and cause exhaust flow deficiency. So we swapped it with a stainless steel one made by SuperCircuit.


The longer primary pipes of the SuperCircuit extractor help to create better torque at the low end. Then, we relocate the O2 sensor to the back for better and more accurate reading.

A little welding job has to be done so the SuperCircuit extractor fits to the factory stock Proton SAGA FLX centre section, but it proves worth the effort.



The SuperCircuit 4-2-1 header fits nicely to the factory stock standard exhaust system of the Proton SAGA BLM. It is as good as original.

Ford Ranger T6 3.2D Downpipe

We finally have dyno tested the Ford Ranger T6 3.2D with our downpipe installed. The results are satisfying and we are happy with it.


The Ford Ranger T6 3.2D Duratorq turbo diesel engine is claimed to be able to produce 200PS and 47.93kg-m of torque on paper. Let's see what we can get on wheels.....

So we took the Ford Ranger 3.2D for a run on the mill with all factory stock settings. Then we took off the factory stock downpipe and replaced with the SuperCircuit 2.5" stainless steel downpipe.



The SuperCircuit 2.5" stainless steel downpipe for the Ford Ranger T6 3.2D / Ford Ranger Wildtrak is made with grade 304 stainless steel, CNC mandrel bent and full TIG/Argon welded. 






We recorded significant gains, especially at the low end (please refer to the above dyno chart above) and you can install the SuperCircuit downpipe with confidence.

Subaru Impreza S204 Downpipe

Just installed the SuperCircuit made 3.0" Downpipe to the Subaru Impreza S204 (GD) with a two-liter (EJ20) H4 engine capable of developing 324 PS (239 kW; 320 bhp) and a six-speed manual gearbox.


To access to the turbo and the downpipe, one must remove the top mount intercooler on the Subaru Impreza WRX STI shown below. We have done it numerous time, so it is no stranger to us here at SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.


The factory stock downpipe of the Subaru Impreza WRX STI S204 (rear) and the SuperCircuit stainless steel 3.0" mandrel bent catless downpipe (front).

The SuperCircuit downpipe is designed to be able to plug 'n play to the Subaru Impreza EJ20 turbo without any further modification.

This Subaru Impreza WRX STI downpipe is made with grade 304 stainless steel, CNC mandrel bent and TIG welded in-house by our master craftsmen here at SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.

Ford Fiesta 1.6 Headers/ Extractor

We have developed the 4-1 Exhaust Headers/ Extractor for the 7th generation Ford Fiesta NA 1.6L (code Sigma engine, model year 2008 onwards).


This 4-1 extractor for Ford Fiesta is made with CNC mandrel bent stainless steel piping and fully TIG/Argon welded. The four-into-one exhaust formation with 1.6" primary piping and 2.5" collector is to minimize restriction and to provide excellent exhaust flow efficiency.


The Ford Fiesta 1.6L factory stock extractor has very small primary pipes and also a big catalytic converter.

 The Ford Fiesta 1.6L Sigma engine without the extractor shown below.

The SuperCircuit 4-1 header/ extractor for Ford Fiesta 1.6L is designed for straight bolt-on (shown below) and is 100% compatible with the factory stock exhaust system. No further modification is required.
