Volkswagen Golf Mk7 GTI Downpipe

The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe is installed to the Volkswagen Golf Mk7 GTI below.


The heart of the VW Golf 7 GTI is a 2.0L turbocharged direct-injection petrol engine (TSI) with 226 HP and 350Nm of torque as claimed by the manufacturer. In order to push the performance further and make the turbo spool faster, a high efficiency turbo downpipe is required.


Here comes the catless 3.0" high flow downpipe in stainless steel by SUPERCIRCUIT! Comparing with the factory stock standard, the large bore SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe promotes better exhaust flow with less restriction, hence the turbo spools earlier and faster. 


The SUPERCIRCUIT VW Golf 7 GTI downpipe is made with grade 304 stainless steel CNC mandrel bent pipes and fully TIG/Argon welded for longer lasting performance. It is designed to be able to bolt-on straight, no cut and welding is required.


The downpipe is directly clamp-on to the turbo outlet (SEE ABOVE) and is compatible with the factory stock catback exhaust system (SEE BELOW). Just plug 'n play.

BMW F10 523i Quad Exhaust Custom

If you are going to convert your BMW F10 5-series with a set of bodykit that will fit a twin exhaust or quad exhaust system, let the experts handle their part respectively e.g. let the exhaust specialist handle the exhaust and the bodykit guy handle the bodykit.

If your bodykit guys promised you the exhaust part will be handled by them after they converted your rear diffuser to a twin or quad exhaust, think twice. You'll never know how dodgy the job is when it fell on someone's hands who isn't in the exhaust business.

Volkswagen Jetta 1.4 TSI Downpipe

The SUPERCIRCUIT turbo downpipe made for the Volkswagen's 1.4 TSI engine has larger pipe size and less restriction, hence able to allow the turbo to spool faster and squeeze more horses out of the 1.4 TSI mill.



The VW Jetta 1.4 TSI factory stock downpipe with catalytic converter shown below.


The comparison between the VW Jetta 1.4 TSI downpipe and the SUPERCIRCUIT's larger bore and catless downpipe made of stainless steel (BELOW).

The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe is designed to bolt-on straight to the VW Jetta 1.4 TSI turbo outlet  and is 100% compatible with the rest of the factory stock exhaust system, no weld or cut is required during installation.


Since the downpipe is catless, there will be an O2 sensor defouler for the post cat sensor (SHOWN BELOW). So, no Check Engine Light issue after the catalytic converter is removed.

After the downpipe is installed, all the heat shield and engine covers are installed back in position neatly.

SuperCharged Proton Satria Neo CPS

Here at SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop, you can always have the exhaust solution for any engine setup you ever imagine, just like the supercharged Proton Satria Neo CPS featured below:


The Proton Satria Neo CAMPRO CPS with the SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Extractor installed (BELOW). From this picture, it is just another Satria Neo CPS....

...until you look closely, hiding underneath the air intake ramp you will find the extra pulleys driving the supercharger.

Extra horsepower means higher exhaust flow. The SUPERCIRCUIT stainless steel mandrel bent larger bore exhaust system is less restrictive and promoting higher exhaust flow efficiency.


This custom made setup comes with double centre resonator to minimize exhaust drone while cruising. The whole system is made with grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bent pipes and fully TIG/Argon welded. Stainless steel pipes do not rust, so it will remain smooth and lesser carbon buildup on the inner pipe surface.

Even the flanges and hooks are made with stainless steel. Just like the performance, you know this exhaust system will last.

Perodua Axia 1.0 Exhaust System

SUPERCIRCUIT has the complete stainless steel exhaust solution for the Perodua Axia 1.0 from the extractor, middle section with resonator to rear s-flow muffler. This exhaust setup gives better acceleration and higher torque.


The Perodua Axia 1.0 inline-3 cylinder 1KR-DE2 from Daihatsu Ayla with the extractor removed (BELOW).


The stock original extractor of the Perodua Axia vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT catless extractor made of stainless steel. The catless extractor promote higher exhaust flow efficiency and is lesser restriction than the stock original extractor, hence allowing the engine to produce higher torque and horsepower (SEE AXIA EXTRACTOR DYNO CHART HERE).


The SUPERCIRCUIT Perodua Axia extractor is designed to bolt-on straight to the engine and is compatible with the rest of the exhaust system. Just plug 'n play....

Range Rover Evoque Si4 Catback Exhaust Custom

We just did a set of catback exhaust system to the Range Rover Evoque Si4 below. We have to say, we are so satisfied with the finished result and the exhaust sound.


The factory stock exhaust of the Range Rover Evoque Si4 shown below.



We fabricated a set of catback exhaust system (below LEFT) to replace the Range Rover Evoque factory stock catback exhaust system (below RIGHT).


This custom made stainless steel exhaust system is able to bolt-on to the Range Rover Evoque factory stock downpipe, no mod or weld is required (BELOW).


This catback exhaust system is with two s-flow mufflers setup for low and bassy exhaust note. A centre resonator is added to reduce the exhaust resonance sound while the car is cruising. 



The whole exhaust system is hand crafted with 2.5" stainless steel CNC mandrel bent pipe and full TIG/Argon welded by the master craftsmen here at SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.

BMW F10 528i Downpipe

Following to the installation of the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe to the BMW E89 Z4 (28i) N20B20 engine last month; we installed another SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe to the BMW F10 528i with the similar engine and we found out that the downpipe is not exactly similar even though both the BMWs are sharing the same engine. 


The BMW F10 528i factory stock exhaust system shown below.

Below is how the turbo outlet looks like on the N20B20 inline 4-cylinder mill of the BMW F10 328i.

The BMW F10 528i downpipe with a big catalytic converter vs. the oversized SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe. The catless downpipe promotes better exhaust flow and causes the turbo to spool faster, hence more horsepower and torque can be created by the engine.


The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe made for the BMW F10 528i is designed to be able to bolt-on straight away. The high precision CNC machined downpipe flange is fastened to the turbo outlet, and at the other end, clamp to the factory stock catback exhaust system (SEE BELOW). BMW F32 428i Downpipe

Another BMW F32 428i coupe has installed the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.


The twin power turbo BMW engine cover has to be removed to access to the turbo unit of the N20B20 engine.



The BMW F32 428i factory stock downpipe vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe. The over sized SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is made of 304 stainless steel mandrel bent pipe and TIG/Argon welded on high precision CNC machined stainless steel flange.


The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe made for the BMW F32 428i is designed to be able to bolt-on straight away. With its high precision CNC machined flange fastened to the turbo outlet, and at the other end, clamp to the factory stock catback exhaust system (SEE BELOW).
