Honda Fit/ Jazz (GE) Headers

The SUPERCIRCUIT catless Headers/ Extractor is installed and tested on the Honda Jazz/ Fit (GE) 1.5L i-VTEC (L15A) engine below.


The 1.5L L15A in-line 4 cylinder engine shown below can be found on both the Hybrid or non-hybrid second generation Honda Fit/ Jazz (2007-2013).


Pop the bonnet, remove the plastic trims and windscreen wipers to access to the stock factory headers.


The Honda Fit/ Jazz GE factory stock headers with a big catalytic converter vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT catless race headers (SEE BELOW). Note the extra brackets on the newer version of the SUPERCIRCUIT Fit/ Jazz GE headers so it is compatible with the factory stock heat shield. The original heat shield can be installed back onto the SUPERCIRCUIT headers!


The SUPERCIRCUIT Headers is installed to the L15A below. Just straight bolt-on and is 100% compatible with the rest of the Honda Fit GE factory stock exhaust system.

Honda Civic FD 2.0 complete exhaust system custom + proven DYNO

When it comes to custom built exhaust system, SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop is always one of the top choices if you are living in the Peninsular side of the country.

So far, no other exhaust shop did the custom made exhaust system so fully and extensively even with dyno-proven results for the Honda Civic FD 2.0 and here is one of the so many custom made Honda Civic FD 2.0 exhaust systems that we have done:


The Honda Civic FD 2.0L in-line 4 cylinder (code K20Z) mill, manufacturer clamed 153hp and 188Nm of torque on engine.


The SUPERCIRCUIT tuned length 4-2-1 Headers/ Extractor is installed to the Honda Civic K20Z engine (SEE BELOW). These headers are carefully developed and R&D'ed to give significant gains on horsepower and torque to this 2 liter natural aspirated engine.


The SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Extractor/ Headers are designed for straight bolt-on and is compatible with the rest of the Honda Civic FD 2.0 factory stock exhaust system.


Mandrel bent stainless steel pipes is selected for its consistent inner diameter all the way along the middle section, so it is less friction and restriction.



To have a decent sporty exhaust note and still be able to cruise on the highway or for daily driving, the s-flow muffler is used along with a middle resonator, all in grade 304 stainless steel and fully TIG/Argon welded with top notched craftsmanship.

Peugeot 3008 Downpipe

After successfully installed the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe to the Peugeot 308 (T7) earlier this week. We installed another similar downpipe to the Peugeot 3008 which is also having the same 1.6L Prince Turbo engine.


The BMW/ PSA Peugeot Citroën joint developed in-line 4 cylinder turbo-charged Prince engine on the Peugeot 3008 (SEE BELOW). 



The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless downpipe vs. the factory stock Peugeot 308 THP downpipe which has a big catalytic converter. The Catless Downpipe promotes higher exhaust flow hence faster turbo spool and higher engine output.



All flanges on the SUPERCIRCUIT Peugeot 3008 Headers are made with laser cut stainless steel and fully TIG/Argon welded on grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bent pipes for optimum performance and perfect fitting.



The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe is designed to bolt-on straight to the Peugeot 3008 1.6 turbo and is 100% compatible with the rest of the exhaust system. It has a pre-built O2 sensor defouler so no CEL issue after the catalytic converter is removed.

Peugeot 308 1.6 THP Turbo Downpipe

The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe developed for the 1.6L Prince Turbo engine is installed to Peugeot 308 (T7) below.


The BMW/ PSA Peugeot Citroën joint developed in-line 4 cylinder turbo-charged Prince engine on the Peugeot 308 Turbo (SEE BELOW). 


The factory stock downpipe is just under the heat shield. Removing the factory stock downpipe is quite straight forward. 


The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless downpipe vs. the factory stock Peugeot 308 THP downpipe which has a big catalytic converter.


The SUPERCIRCUIT  catless downpipe is made of grade 304 stainless steel welded on laser cut stainless steel flanges for perfect fitting.


The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is made compatible with the factory stock exhaust system of the Peugeot 308, just bolt-on straight to the turbo outlet and clamp on the factory catback exhaust system at the bottom (SEE BELOW).
  

The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless downpipe comes with a pre-built O2 sensor defouler, so no CEL issue after decat. The original heat shield is reinstalled for a neat and tidy engine bay.

Proton Gen2 1.6 CAMPRO Extractor

Follows to the Proton Persona 1.6 CAMPRO extractor we have posted earlier. This is the fastback version of Proton Persona - the Proton Gen2 1.6 CAMPRO.


Shown below, the exhaust outlets of the Proton's CAMPRO engine after the factory stock extractor is removed.

A big difference between the Proton Gen2 factory stock extractor and the tuned length extractor from SUPERCIRCUIT (SEE BELOW). The SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Extractor with stretched primary pipes and long secondary pipes helps to gain more low-end torque and high-end horsepower.


6.72kg vs. 3.61kg. It is a big weight saving too!


The SUPERCIRCUIT tuned length 4-2-1 extractor is made with grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bent pipes and fully TIG/Argon welded for optimum performance and maximum durability.



The SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Extractor made for the Proton Gen2 is installed to the CAMPRO engine below. Due to the extra length of the extractor, the a part of the original factory catback exhaust system has to be cut and weld to fit (SEE BELOW). The flex pipe is a must and is included in the SUPERCIRCUIT Proton CAMPRO extractor package.

Proton Persona 1.6 CAMPRO Extractor

The SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 stainless steel extractor is one of the best investment for your Proton Persona 1.6 CAMPRO in terms of up grading the performance of the car.


The SUPERCIRCUIT tuned length 4-2-1 extractor is specially designed for the Proton CAMPRO engine, by stretching the four primary pipes and matched with a pair of long secondary pipes to improve the low end torque as well as high end performance. It is a big difference compared with the factory stock Proton Persona CAMPRO extractor (SEE BELOW).


The SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 is installed to the CAMPRO 1.6 engine of the Proton Persona below. Due to the extra length, the bottom part of the factory stock exhaust has to be cut and welded with a flex pipe to fit.


Note the O2 sensor bung is also relocated to the collector section of the extractor, for better Air-fuel reading. All done professionally by SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.

Suzuki Swift 1.5 (ZC21) Headers

The SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Headers/ Extractor made for the 2nd generation Suzuki Swift 1.5L ZC21 (2004-2010) is installed to the car below.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Suzuki Swift 1.5 extractor is made of grade 304 stainless steel CNC mandrel bent pipes and fully TIG/Argon welded by the master craftsmen here at SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop and installed in-house to ensure perfect fit.



The catless SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Suzuki Swift 1.5 Extractor has larger and longer primary pipes compared to the factory stock extractor (BELOW RIGHT). With the 4-2-1 piping formation, higher torque and horsepower can be extracted. 


The flanges of the SUPERCIRCUIT Suzuki Swift 1.5 extractor is made with high precision laser cut stainless steel piece and fully TIG/Argon welded.


The EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) pipe of the Suzuki Swift 1.5 (ZC21) is not to be omitted, so not check engine light issue after the extractor is installed.
