Mini Cooper S Clubman F54 Downpipe

Here at the SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop, we strive to provide exhaust products with high quality materials and top notched workmanship. We have probably the largest collection of turbo downpipes and exhaust headers/ extractors in the country, ranging from JDM to European Marques, from 4x4 to high performance models.


Here is the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe developed and installed to the 2nd generation Mini Cooper S Clubman (F54) with 2.0L turbo-charged engine:




The is the 2.0L turbo charged engine found on the 2nd generation Mini Cooper S Clubman (F54). 


There are too many components to remove in order to access to the factory stock downpipe, but, having done so many times, we managed to get it done without fuss. 


In the below picture, the Mini Cooper S Clubman stock standard downpipe with a huge catalytic converter vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe.


The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and are fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flanges by the master craftsmen here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.


The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is designed for direct fit-on to the turbo outlet and is fully compatible with the rest of the Mini Cooper S Clubman F54 exhaust system.



At the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT Mini Cooper S Clubman downpipe, it is connected to the factory stock catback exhaust system via the original exhaust clamp as shown in the picture below.



These catless downpipes are ideal for ecu tuning or remapping. BMW F82 M4 Downpipes

SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop has probably the largest collection of turbo downpipes and exhaust headers/ extractors in the country. We strive to provide high quality materials and top notched workmanship exhaust products for all kind of cars from JDM to European Marques, from 4x4 to high performance models, just like the BMW M4 shown here:



This is the 3.0L S55B30T0 twin turbo inline 6-cylinder mill on the BMW F82 M4. This twin mono-scrolled turbo engine on the BMW F82 M4 is churning out 425 hp and 550Nm of torque as claimed by the manufacturer. 



SUPERCIRCUIT has developed the catless downpipes kit and installed to the BMW F82 M4 twin turbo above. Here is the comparison of the factory stock downpipes and the catless ones. 


The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipes are made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and are fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flanges which are also made from the same grade of stainless steel. 


The below pictures show where the two turbo outlets are, on the BMW F82 M4 S55B30T0 3.0L mill, after the factory stock downpipes are removed from them.


Below are the closeup of the outlets. One of the turbo outlets are sitting high above the other.



The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipes are designed for direct bolt-on, no cut or weld is required for installation. At the top, it is clamped onto the BMW M4 turbo outlets by the original exhaust clamp (see below pictures).



At the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipes, they are bolted onto the rest of the BMW F82 M4 exhaust system as show in the pictures below.



The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipes made for the BMW F82 M4 is designed for straight bolt-on and is compatible with the factory stock catback exhaust system or other direct bolt-on catback exhaust system e.g. the Akrapovic catback exhaust system installed to the BMW M4 below.


These catless downpipes are ideal for ecu tuning or remapping. Peugeot 508 THP Downpipe

Here at the SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop, we have the catless downpipe made for the Peugeot 508 THP and installed at our installation bays. Below are the photos.



This is the 1.6L twin scroll Turbo High Pressure (THP) engine on the Peugeot 508. The turbo downpipe is just under the heat shield in the picture below. 


This is how the Peugeot 508 turbo outlet looks like after the heat shield is removed.

Subaru XV Headers/ Extractors

This is yet another SUPERCIRCUIT exhaust headers/ extractor installed to the Subaru XV/ Crosstrek here at the SUPERCIRCUIT EXHAUST PRO SHOP's installation bays. We have shown the dyno results of this header previously, this time round we would like to cover more about the installation and also the metal gaskets that go with it.



The exhaust headers of the Subaru XV/ Crosstrek can be accessed after removing all the under carriage diffusers. In the picture below shows how the factory stock exhaust headers looks like. 


The picture below shows how the exhaust outlet ports of the Subaru XV's FB20 flat-four engine looks like after the factory stock headers are removed.


The Subaru XV/ Crosstrek exhaust header vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT catless header. The SUPERCIRCUIT header is made with grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bent pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges. 



This are the original metal gaskets from the Subaru XV/ Crosstrek. It is to be reused during the installation of the SUPERCIRCUIT header.




At the other end of the header, where it is connected to the rest of the catback exhaust system of the Subaru XV/ Crosstrek, is another original triangular metal gasket supplied along as factory stock standard (see below picture). This triangular gasket is also to be reused later during the installation of the SUPERCIRCUIT header.


Below are the closed-up pictures of the SUPERCIRCUIT Subaru XV/ Crosstrek header flanges. Note the factory stock metal gaskets are inserted between the flanges and the engine block and 'exhaust cement' is applied extensively to provide air-tight sealant when the bolts are tightened. 



In the below picture, the triangular metal gasket is sandwiched between the SUPERCIRCUIT stainless steel flange and the mild steel flange of the factory stock Subaru XV catback exhaust system. 


One crucial part of the SUPERCIRCUIT header made for the Subaru XV/ Crosstrek is the built-in O2 sensor defouler shown in the picture below. The O2 sensor defouler helps to prevent the CEL to pops up due to P0420 fault code after the stock catalytic converter is removed.


The SUPERCIRCUIT headers made for the Subaru XV/ Crosstrek is designed for direct bolt-on and is fully compatible with the rest of the Subaru XV/ Crosstrek exhaust system (see below picture). No mod or weld is required to install.

Toyota 86 Headers & Cat Pipe

The SUPERCIRCUIT made exhaust headers/ extractor and cat delete pipe is installed to the Toyota 86 below, to get rid of the restriction and get optimum exhaust flow efficiency! 



Side by side with the Toyota 86 factory stock headers and cat pipe is the SUPERCIRCUIT ones made of grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and are fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flanges.
