Suzuki Swift Sport (ZC32S) Headers

This is the SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Exhaust Headers developed for the 3rd generation Suzuki Swift Sport 1.6 (ZC32S) shown below.



The code name M16A in-line 6 cylinder engine of the 3rd generation Suzuki Swift Sport 1.6 (ZC32S) shown below. The exhaust header is between the engine and the radiator and can be accessed conveniently.




The below pictures show the exhaust header of the 3rd generation Suzuki Swift Sport and the SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 one which is made with larger bore mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flanges made of the same 304 stainless steel material. 




The SUPERCIRCUIT exhaust header is designed to provide better exhaust flow efficiency and hence higher horsepower and torque can be achieved. It is designed for straight bolt-on application, 100% compatible with the M16A engine outlet ports and also direct bolt-on to the factory stock catback exhaust system (SEE BELOW PICTURES).

Proton Exora CFE Turbo Downpipe

SUPERCIRCUIT has developed a very complete range of turbo downpipes. We have developed turbo downpipes for European marques, Japan Domestic Models to the local national car models.

A good and efficient turbo downpipe will improve turbo spooling, hence will gain more horsepower, better torque and reducing turbo lag.

Here is the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe made for the Proton Exora CFE Turbo.



The factory stock turbo downpipe is under the heat sheild (SEE BELOW).


After the factory stock downpipe is removed from the Proton Exora CFE Turbo engine, this is how the turbo outlet looks like (SEE BELOW).


The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe vs. the factory stock Proton Exora CFE Turbo downpipe. The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is made with larger bore stainless steel mandrel bent pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges (SEE BELOW).


The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is installed to the Proton Exora CFE Turbo. It is designed to bolt-on straight and is fully compatible with the factory stock exhaust system. Thermal wrap it for better heat control at the engine bay.

The SUPERCIRCUIT stainless steel custom made exhaust system and the Mercedes Benz A250 factory stock exhaust system laying side by side (SEE BELOW).


The SUPERCIRCUIT custom made catback exhaust system is designed to be compatible with the factory stock downpipe, no cut or weld is required. All original exhaust system can be installed back in position when required.



The above Mercedes Benz A250 (W176) catback system is custom fabricated with grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bent pipes and fully TIG/Argon welded by the master craftsmen here at SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.


With the twin semi s-flow muffler setup, the exhaust sound is sportier with low and bassy note.

Audi TTS Quattro (8J) Turbo Downpipe

SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop has probably the largest collections of turbo downpipe in the country, ranging from European marques to domestic model, from high performance model to small turbo charged engine.

Following the Audi TTS Quattro (8J) axle-back exhaust customized few days ago, here is another Audi TTS Quattro (8J) visited us for the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe.



The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe made for the Audi TTS Quattro (8J) vs. the factory stock downpipe which comes with two catalytic converters and a mid resonator.

We replaced the downpipe with the SUPERCIRCUIT catless one to get rid of the restriction and make the exhaust flows more effectively. By doing this, one can squeeze more horsepower and torques out of the Audi TTS Quattro (8J) 2.0 TFSI engine.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe designed for the Audi TTS Quattro (8J) is made with grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bent pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges.


Since the post cat O2 sensor is pre-installed with an defouler (SEE BELOW), no CEL issue here even if the engine is not tuned.


The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe promotes better exhaust flow and is ideal for ecu remapping/ tuning needs. It is compatible with the factory stock exhaust system of the Audi TTS Quattro (8J), just bolt-on straight!

Below is the factory stock axle-back section of the Audi TTS exhaust system, side by side to it, is the SUPERCIRCUIT custom made stainless steel system.



The SUPERCIRCUIT axle-back exhaust system is made with grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bent pipes, fully TIG/Argon welded with two straight-flow stainless steel rear mufflers. It is an one-off custom fabrication piece made to suit the customer's requirement and meet the expectation on the exhaust tone.






The above axle-back exhaust system is fully custom fabricated here at our factory with connection flanges for ease of taking off or putting on another exhaust setup.

Honda Civic FC 1.5 Turbo Exhaust System

We have our hands on the 10th generation Honda Civic FC 1.5 Turbo, for a set of custom made catback exhaust system to match with the plug 'n play SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe, at SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop today.






This is the first time a Civic is equipped with a turbo engine - the L15B7 turbo charged 1.5L in-line 4-cylinder engine in Honda's history. (SEE BELOW)


The factory stock turbo is removed and this is how the turbo outlet looks like on the Honda Civic's L15B7 1.5L engine (SEE BELOW).
