BMW F10 520i Quad Exhaust Convertion

When it comes to hand crafted exhaust system with top notched materials and craftsmanship, when you care about the pipe bending technique and weld finishing, it is hard to ignore SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop if you are from this part of the Peninsular.


Just like the axle-back exhaust customization job we performed for the BMW F10 520i with the N52B20 inline 6-cylinder engine below:




The carbon rear under diffuser fitted on this BMW F10 is made for quad exhaust system.



So we custom fabricated this quad exhaust tips axle-back exhaust to match the carbon rear under diffuser.


The stainless steel s-flow oval mufflers are carefully selected as per the customer's wish with low and bassy exhaust note. Then TIG/Argon welded together with mandrel bent stainless steel pipes by our master craftsmen here at the installation bays.

Proton Satria Neo R3 Extractor

This is the SUPERCIRCUIT tuned length exhaust headers/ extractor made for the Proton CAMPRO CPS engine, installed to the Satria Neo R3 below:




Picture below, the factory stock extractor from the Proton Satria Neo R3 and the SUPERCIRCUIT tuned length 4-2-1 extractor.



The SUPERCIRCUIT tuned length extractor is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flanges also made with the same stainless steel material. So it is not only gain more performance, it is durable too! 


The SUPERCIRCUIT extractor installed to the CAMPRO CPS engine below. The unique part of this extractor is the O2 sensor which is being relocated to the collector for better and accurate Air-fuel ratio, hence better engine performance. BMW F10 520i Downpipe & Catback Exhaust Custom

The SUPERCIRCUIT direct bolt-on catless downpipe made for the BMW F10 520i's N20 turbocharged engine. This catless downpipe frees up a great deal of restriction, allowing the turbo to spool faster and hence better engine output can be achieved.


Picture below, the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe fitted to the outlet of the twin-scroll turbo charger. It is designed for direct bolt-on and is compatible with the factory stock catback exhaust system.


While the catless downpipe frees up the restriction for more horsepower and torque, the catback is for sportier exhaust sound to match with the upgraded performance!


This custom made quad tips catback exhaust is system is designed to match the rear carbon diffuser shown below. Fully TIG/ARgon hand welded on mandrel bent stainless steel pipes.


The twin semi s-flow oval shape muffler boxes are carefully chosen to meet the customer's exhaust sound criteria. This is what we called a 'custom made' or 'made to order' exhaust system.

Perodua Myvi 1.5L Extractor

This is the SUPERCIRCUIT 4-1 Extractor developed for the 2017 Perodua Myvi 1.5L with Automatic Transmission.



The factory stock exhaust extractor of the Perodua Myvi 1.5L comes with a big catalytic converter which is very restrictive.


The SUPERCIRCUIT catless 4-1 extractor developed for the 3SZ-VE engine (SEE BELOW) is made with grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on stainless steel flanges for precise fitment and long lasting performance.




The SUPERCIRCUIT 4-1 extractor is specially developed for the Perodua Myvi 1.5L AT. It is tested and dyno proven to significantly improve horsepower and toque over a wide range of RPM for the 3SZ-VE engine.

Kia Cerato K3 Exhaust Headers

SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop has probably the largest collection of Exhaust Headers and Downpipes in the country. 

We have developed many headers and downpipes over the years from European marques, Japanese Domestic Models to the national cars. Here is the exhaust headers developed for the Korean car marque - Kia Cerato K3 1.6L.


This is the 3rd generation Kia Cerato K3 1.6L (or called Kia Forte in the North America) with 1.6L inline 4-cylinder code name Gamma II MPI (G4FC) engine which factory rated at 128hp and 157Nm of torque. 


The SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Headers made for the 3rd generation Kia Cerato K3 1.6L which is made of grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bent pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flanges made of the same material, for precised fitment and durability.



The SUPERCIRCUIT Headers is installed to the Kia Cerato K3 1.6L engine (SEE BELOW PICTURE). It is designed to bolt-on straight.


The headers come with a built-in O2 sensor defouler to overcome the CEL issue after the catalytic converter is removed (SEE BELOW PICTURE).


This headers is fully compatible with the catback exhaust system of the 3rd generation Kia Cerato K3 1.6L. Just direct bolt-on to the rest of the exhaust system (SHOWN IN THE PICTURE BELOW).


This catless exhaust headers is made with larger bore pipes to reduce exhaust flow restriction, it is dyno proven to perform better low end torque and horsepower improvement over the whole rpm range.

Peugeot 208 GTI Downpipe

We do not want to be too hard selling, but SUPERCIRCUIT possibly has the largest collection of turbo downpipes in the country, from European marques, Japan Domestic Models to the local national car models.

A good and efficient turbo downpipe will improve turbo spooling, hence will gain more horsepower, better torque and reducing turbo lag.

The 1.6L in-line 4-cylinder turbo charged 'Prince Engine' with the factory stock turbo downpipe removed (SEE BELOW).


The factory stock Peugeot 208 GTI turbo downpipe vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe made of larger bore mandrel bent stainless steel and is fully TIG/ARgon welded on CNC machined flanges.


The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is designed to bolt-on straight to the turbo outlet of the Peugeot 208 GTI (SEE BELOW PHOTOS).



At the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe, it is just clamped onto the rest of the catback exhaust system of the Peugeot 208 GTI, no cut or weld is required for installation.




This catless downpipe promotes better exhaust flow and is ideal for ecu remapping/ tuning needs.
