Toyota Hilux Revo 2.4D Downpipe

If you are looking for any good quality and top workmanship automotive turbo downpipes, most of the time you will find them in SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop. Here is a turbo downpipe we developed and installed to the 8th generation Toyota Hilux / Hilux Revo 2.4L Diesel engine.


This is the 2.4L turbo diesel engine code name 1GD-FTV on the 8th generation Toyota Hilux Reve shown below.


The factory stock turbo downpipe is removed from the Toyota Hilux Revo 2.4D turbo outlet (SEE BELOW).


Comparing the factory stock turbo downpipe of the 8th generation Toyota Hilux Revo 2.4D and the SUPERCIRCUIT one. The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is catless and is made with larger bore stainless steel mandrel bent pipes to optimize the exhaust flow efficiency for faster turbo spooling and reducing turbo lag, hence higher horsepower and smoother torque can be achieved.



The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe developed for the 8th generation Toyota Hilux Revo 2.4D is for direct bolt-on application, it is fully compatible with the factory stock downpipe and the rest of the catback exhaust system. Just plug 'n play for more horsepower and torque!

Porsche 987 Cayman S Exhaust Headers

Here are the images of the SUPERCIRCUIT tuned length Headers made for the 2nd generation Porsche 987 Cayman S/ Boxster S 3.4L flat-six engine.



This is how the Porsche 987 Cayman S factory stock headers look like on the 3.4L flat-six engine.


The SUPERCIRCUIT tuned length headers vs. the Porsche 987 Cayman S stock headers. 


The headers are designed to bolt-on straight to the Porsche 987 Cayman S 3.4L engine and is 100% compatible with the factory stock catback exhaust system.

Nissan Almera Extractor

The SUPERCIRCUIT 4-1 Extractor made for the Nissan 1.5L HR15DE engine, is installed to the Nissan Almera (or called Nissan Latio N17 in some countries) below.




The SUPERCIRCUIT extractor is made with larger bore grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bent pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded for excellent exhaust flow efficiency hence smoother power band and torque delivery.

Nissan Navara D40 Downpipe

Proton Satria Neo R3 Extractor

This is probably one of the best exhaust extractors/ headers made for the Proton Satria Neo CPS in the market - the SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 tuned length extractor, and we have been installing it to the CAMPRO CPS engines since 2011!

Here is one installed with it:



The SUPERCIRCUIT tuned length extractor is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flanges also made with the same stainless steel material. So it is not only gain more performance, it is durable too!

Picture below, the factory stock extractor from the Proton Satria Neo R3 and the SUPERCIRCUIT tuned length 4-2-1 extractor before the flex pipe is welded onto it.



The flange of the SUPERCIRCUIT Proton Satria Neo CAMPRO CPS extractor is made from CNC machined stainless steel piece to ensure perfect fitment and durability.


The SUPERCIRCUIT tuned length 4-2-1 extractor installed to the Proton's CAMPRO CPS engine on the Satria Neo R3 (BELOW PICTURES).



Details have been give in producing this piece of art. The long primary and secondary pipes ensure sufficient torque and horsepower. The O2 sensor location is also being relocated to ensure accurate Air-fuel ratio reading off all the 4 cylinders. More information about the dyno results is in our write up here.
