BMW F30 330e Downpipe

SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop strives to provide high quality workmanship and up to date exhaust products. Here is the catless downpipe developed for the BMW iPerformance plug-in hybrid F30 330e.




The BMW F30 330e features an inline 4-cylinder engine (code B48) with manufacturer claimed peak 181hp and 290Nm of torque. When combined with the electric motor, the 330e overall output is topped at 248 hp and 420 Nm.



This is how the turbo outlet looks like after the factory stock downpipe is removed from the BMW F30 330e.

The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flange for perfect installation.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is installed to the BMW F30 330e (SEE BELOW PICTURES).


This SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is catless and allows better exhaust flow efficiency, hence faster turbo spooling, more responsive and less turbo lag for more driving pleasure for the BMW F30 330e.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is installed to the BMW F30 330e and is connected to the rest of the factory stock exhaust system via the factory stock exhaust clamp. It is designed for direct bolt-on and is 100% compatible with the rest of the catback exhaust system, no mod or weld is required during the installation.

Honda Civic FB 2.0 Headers

Yet another 9th generation Honda Civic FB 2.0 installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Headers here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop. More photos below.



This is the inline 4-cylinder engine (code R20Z1) of the 9th generation Honda Civic FB 2.0 with the factory stock headers removed.

The stock conical gasket is to be removed from the original headers and reused on the SUPERCIRCUIT one. The SUPERCIRCUIT Headers is designed for direct bolt-on and is made with grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bent pipes and TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flanges.




The SUPERCIRCUIT exhaust headers is installed to the 9th generation Honda Civic FB 2.0 below. It is designed for direct bolt-on and is compatible with the factory stock exhaust system. No further cut or mod is required during installation.


The the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT Honda Civic FB 2.0 Headers, it is secured to the rest of the catback exhaust system via two factory spring bolts.

Ford Ranger T6 2.2D Downpipe

We have installed the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe to the Ford Ranger T6 2.2L XLT Manual transmission 4x4 below, and we found the factory stock downpipe of the 6-speed manual transmission Ford Ranger T6 2.2D XLT is slightly different from the 2.2D XLT Automatic transmission one and they are not interchangeable.



This is the 2.2L Duratorq TDCi ("PUMA" ZSD-422) diesel engine of the Ford Ranger XLT 6-speed MT. 


The factory stock downpipe vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT larger bore stainless steel downpipe. The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is made with grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bent pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on stainless steel flanges for optimum performance and durability!

SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe made for the Subaru Impreza WRX STI Sedan (GVB) with the auto transmission EJ257 boxer engine.

Below is how the turbo outlet looks like after the factory stock downpipe is removed from the Subaru Impreza WRX STI (GVB) Sedan.

At the top, the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is mounted to the turbo outlet of the Subaru Impreza WRX STI (GVB) Sedan and at the other end, it is compatible with the stock catback exhaust system.

Subaru Impreza WRX STI (GRB) Downpipe

SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe made for the Subaru Impreza WRX STI 5-door hatch back (GRB) 2.5L AT.



The factory stock downpipe of the Subaru Impreza WRX STI (GRB) with huge catalytic converter on the right and the SUPERCIRCUIT larger bore catless downpipe on the left side of the picture below.


To access to the downpipe, one has to remove the top-mount intercooler from the EJ257 engine of the Subaru Impreza WRX STI (GRB) shown below.


The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is designed for direct bolt-on, installed to the outlet of the turbo on the Subaru Impreza WRX STI (GRB) as shown in the pictures below. The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is made with grade 304 mandrel bent 3.0" stainless steel pipe and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flanges for optimized unrestricted exhaust flow.



At the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe, it is perfectly fitted to the factory stock catback exhaust system, no further mod is required.


This catless downpipe promotes better exhaust flow and is dyno proven to provide plenty of low-end torque and high-end horsepower. It is ideal for ecu remapping/ tuning needs.
