Honda City GM6 Axle-back Custom

Shown below is the custom made Honda City GM6 'axle-back' exhaust system.



The Honda City GM6 factory stock original exhaust system is shown below. Only the section behind the rear axle is removed, hence the 'axle-back' exhaust system.


This section of the Honda City GM6 can be removed and replace with ease, just few bolts and nuts away. 


The SUPERCIRCUIT 'axle-back' exhaust system is made fully in grade 304 mandrel bent pipes and TIG/Argon welded with an s-flow muffler box, for low and sporty exhaust note.

Proton Satria Neo CAMPRO Tuned Length Extractor

Yet another Proton Satria Neo CAMPRO installed the SUPERCIRUCIT 4-2-1 tuned length extractor for better engine reponse and performance output.


Shown in the below picture, the Proton Satria Neo CAMPRO 1.6 engine with the factory stock original extractor removed.  



This is the SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 tuned length extractor in grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel vs. the factory stock original Proton Satria Neo CAMPRO extractor which has a huge catalytic converter and is very restrictive.


This extractor is being wrapped with thermal cloth before putting back onto the CAMPRO engine. Note the O2 sensor has been relocated to further down stream for better A/F reading. Here is more information of where the O2 sensor is being relocated on the Proton Satria Neo CPS.

Perodua Axia Extractor & Catback Exhaust Custom

Here is the Perodua Axia with the SuperCircuit's extractor and custom made catback exhaust system.



In the below picture is the 1.0L 1KR-DE2 engine of the pre-facelift Perodua Axia with the exhaust extractor removed from the engine.





The SUPERCIRCUIT Perodua Axia 1.0 Extractor vs. the factory stock original which has a huge catalytic converter on it.




The SUPERCIRCUIT Extractor is designed for direct bolt-on to the Perodua Axia 1.0 1KR-DE2 exhaust outlet. It is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipe and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges, for long lasting performance and durability.



After the above extractor, it comes to the rest of the exhaust system, namely the cat-back exhaust system. We replaced the stock catback exhaust system with a set of stainless steel one custom made by the master craftsmen here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.

Shown in the picture below, the Perodua Axia factory stock original catback exhaust system vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT custom made system which is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and is fully TIG/Argon welded for optimum performance and sporty exhaust note.



The above ready made extractor and custom made cat-back exhaust setup is to replace the stock original Perodua Axia exhaust for better performance and sporty exhaust note.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe developed for the 4th generation Mercedes Benz E250 Coupe (C207) is designed for direct bolt-on application. At the top, it is straight bolted onto the factory stock original turbo outlet. 


At the bottom, it is clamped onto the Mercedes Benz E250 C207 factory stock catback exhaust system via the original exhaust clamp. No mod or weld is required during the installation.





This catless downpipe promotes better exhaust flow, hence faster turbo spooling and higher torque and horsepower can be achieved. It is ideal for ecu remapping/ tuning needs.

Mercedes Benz E250 Coupe (C207) Downpipe (Pre-FACELIFT version)

The factory stock original downpipe is removed and this is how the turbo outlet of the Mercedes Benz M271 engine looks like.




The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe is made of grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges. At the bottom of the picture, the Mercedes Benz E250 Coupe (C207) factory stock original downpipe which is with a huge catalytic converter.






The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is designed for direct bolt-on application. As shown in the picture below, the downpipe is fully compatible with the Mercedes Benz E250 Coupe (C207) turbo outlet, just bolt it on directly without any further modification.





At the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe, it is fully compatible with the factory stock cat-back exhaust system (as shown in the pictures below). No cut or weld is required during the installation process.

Ford Ranger T7 3.2D Wildtrak Catless Downpipe

Yet another Ford Ranger T7 3.2D Wildtrak installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe for a lot better low end torque and horsepower.


Firstly, locate the turbo outlet and remove the factory stock original downpipe from it.



The Ford Ranger T7 3.2D Wildtrak's factory stock original downpipe comes with a huge catalytic converter vs. the SUPERCIRCIUT catless downpipe.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Ford Ranger T7 3.2D Wildtrak Downpipe is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for direct bolt-on application.

In the picture below, the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is bolted onto the Ford Ranger's turbo outlet.


At the other end of the downpipe, it is compatible with the Ford Ranger T7 3.2D Wildtrak's stock original catback exhaust system as shown in the pictures below.

VW Golf 7 R Downpipe

SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop has probably the largest collection of turbo downpipes and headers in the country, especially for the European marques such as the Volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes & Audi. As shown here, the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe made for the Mk7 Volkswagen Golf R.


In the below picture, the undercarriage of the VW Golf7 R with the factory stock original downpipe. 


In order to replace the downpipe, the VW Golf 7 R factory stock downpipe, heat shield and propeller shaft all has to be removed from the car as shown in the pictures below.



The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe is made with grade 304 mandrel bent 3.0" stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flange vs. the VW Golf 7 R factory stock original downpipe which has a smaller pipe size and with a huge catalytic converter. 


The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is installed to the VW Golf 7 R and the heat shield and propeller shaft is back in place as shown in the pictures below.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is fully compatible with the factory stock original catback exhaust system or any plug 'n play catback exhaust system in the market. Just a simple slip-on process to connect.



At the front, the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe is just clamp onto the turbo outlet of the Mk7 Golf R as shown below.



This catless downpipe promotes better exhaust flow, hence faster turbo spooling and higher torque and horsepower can be achieved. It is ideal for ecu remapping/ tuning needs.
