BMW F10 523i (N52) Downpipe

SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop has probably the largest collection of catless turbo downpipes developed for BMW tuners in the region, from the entry level BMW F20 1-series to the large SUV BMW X6 V8 engine, to cater for your tuning and remapping needs.

Here is one installed to the BMW F10 523i (N52B25):




This is the N52B25 inline 6-cylinder mill produced around 2010-2011 for the Asian-only BMW F10 523i.



Below is how the turbo outlet looks like on the N52B25.


The factory stock BMW F10 523i downpipe with a big catalytic converter vs. the larger bore SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe which is catless.


The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and are fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flange for flawless fitment and durability.



The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe made for the BMW F10 523i is designed to bolt-on straight away. The high precision CNC machined stainless steel flange is fastened to the turbo outlet via the stock supplied exhaust clamp. At the other end of the downpipe, it is a slip-joint which is compatible with the factory stock catback exhaust system. No mod or cut is required during the installation.



The catless downpipe is ideal for ecu remapping and tuning needs, it allows the exhaust gas to flow freely and less restrictive, hence faster turbo spooling and lesser turbo lag.

BMW F10 535i (N55) Downpipe

After installing the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe to the BMW F10 535i (N55B30 engine) earlier this week. We found another version of the downpipe on the similar BMW F10 535i model shown below.

Anyhow, as claimed to have the largest collection of BMW downpipes in the region, we have both version ready for you to choose from.


Shown below, the BMW F10 535i with N55B30 engine but the downpipe is slightly different and it is not compatible with the BMW F10 535i downpipe we installed earlier.




The below picture shows the factory stock downpipe of the BMW F10 535i (N55B30) before removing from car.


Comparing the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe with the factory stock one which has a huge catalytic converter, the SUPERCIRCUIT BMW F10 535i (N55) Catless Downpipe is fully done in grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bent pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for flawless fitment and a lot less exhaust restriction.


A closeup on the upper flange and 'bellows' type flex pipe of the factory stock downpipe. It is clearly different from the downpipe that dismantled from the BMW F10 535i we did earlier this week.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is made for direct bolt-on application and is compatible with the rest of the factory stock catback exhaust system of the BMW F10 535i (N55). No other mod is required during the installation.

This is the BMW F10 535i inline 6-cylinder turbo charged engine code named N55B30.



Comparing it with the factory stock downpipe which has a huge catalytic converter, the SUPERCIRCUIT BMW F10 535i Catless Downpipe is fully done in grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bent pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for flawless fitment and a lot less exhaust restriction.


This is how the turbo outlet of the N55B30 engine on the BMW F10 535i looks like, after the factory stock downpipe is removed.


The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is secured to the turbo outlet of the BMW N55B30 engine via the factory supplied exhaust clamp (see below pictures).


At the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe, it is connected to the rest of the BMW F10 535i factory stock catback exhaust system via a slip-joint as shown in the pictures below. So the installation is simply direct plug 'n play, no further mod is required.

After the earlier downpipe installation to the BMW F30 328i and F30 320i, both with the N20B20 engine. Here is another BMW with the similar engine (N20B20) installed the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe, this time it is the BMW F32 420i.




Comparing it with the factory stock downpipe which has a huge catalytic converter, the SUPERCIRCUIT BMW F32 420i Catless Downpipe is fully done in grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bent pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for flawless fitment and a lot less exhaust restriction.

After the downpipe installation to the BMW F30 328i earlier, here is yet another BMW F30 320i with the similar engine (N20B20) installed the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe.




Comparing it with the factory stock downpipe which has a huge catalytic converter, the SUPERCIRCUIT BMW F30 320i Catless Downpipe is fully done in grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bent pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for flawless fitment and a lot less exhaust restriction.


This is the N20B20 turbo charged engine found on the earlier batch of the BMW F30 productions (2011-2015). The downpipe can be see from the side of the engine as shown in the pictures below.



The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is secured to the turbo outlet of the BMW N20B20 engine via the factory supplied exhaust clamp (see below picture).

The flanges on the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is made from CNC machined stainless steel material for perfect fitment and durability. Just direct bolt-on, no mod of weld is required during the installation.



At the top, the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is secured to the turbo outlet of the BMW N20B20 engine via the factory supplied exhaust clamp (see below picture).


At the other end, the downpipe is connected to the rest of the BMW F30 328i factory stock catback exhaust system via a slip-joint.

Mercedes Benz C250 (W204) Downpipe

After the installation of the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe to the Mercedes Benz C200 (W204) earlier. We have installed another similar downpipe to the Mercedes Benz C-class, but it is a C250 (W204) this time.



In the below picture, the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe vs. the stock original downpipe of the Mercedes Benz C250 (W204).

The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is made with larger bore stainless steel mandrel bent pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for direct bolt-on application.



This is the Mercedes Benz C250 CGI blueEFFICIENCY (M271 DE 18 AL) turbo charged mill with the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe installed.


The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and are fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for direct application. As shown in the pictures below, the downpipe is bolted onto the Mercedes Benz C250 (W204) turbo outlet straight, no mod is required.



At the bottom end of the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe, the CNC machined stainless steel flange is also 100% compatible with the factory stock catback exhaust system.
