Volkswagen Scirocco R Downpipe

SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop has probably the largest collection of turbo downpipes in the region. We have downpipes made from Japanese to European marques, from diesel trucks to high performance models.


Following the VW Golf R Downpipe that we installed earlier in the week, here is another 3.0" SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe that we installed to the VW Scirocco R.



As usual, we compared the factory stock downpipe (at the foreground in the picture) which has two huge catalytic converters and the SUPERCIRCUIT free flowing/ larger bore catless downpipe in the background.  


The flange of the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is laser cut to shape and made with grade 308 stainless steel material for perfect fitment and direct bolt-on applications.


The SUPERCIRCUIT VW Scirocco R Downpipe is made with 3.0" mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and are fully TIG/Argon weld for optimum exhaust flow efficiency and durability. All the other components i.e. the brackets/ O2 sensor bungs etc. are also made with the same grade of stainless steel materials.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is connected to the rest of the exhaust system via the factory supplied exhaust clamp. It is designed for direct bolt-on application and is fully compatible with the factory stock catback exhaust system of the Volkswagen Scirocco R (as shown in the picture below), no cut or weld is required during the installation.




The catless downpipe is ideal for ecu remapping and tuning needs, it allows the exhaust gas to flow freely and less restrictive, hence faster turbo spooling and lesser turbo lag.

Volkswagen Golf Mk6 R Downpipe

SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop has probably the largest collection of turbo downpipes in the region. We have downpipes made from Japanese to European marques, from diesel trucks to performance models.


Here is the 3.0" SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe that we have installed to the VW Golf Mk6 R below.


The factory stock VW Golf R downpipe (in the background) VS. the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe. The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is made with 3.0" mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and are fully TIG/Argon weld for optimum exhaust flow efficiency and durability.


The flange is laser cut to shape and is also made with the same grade of stainless steel material, for perfect fitment and direct bolt-on applications.



The O2 sensor defouler is supplied for those who do not ecu remap nor tuned VW Golf 6 R engine (as shown in the picture below).

Mazda6 SKYACTIV Axle-back Exhaust Custom

When it comes to custom made exhaust system, SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop is definitely one of the top choices if you are from this part of the Peninsular.

Here is the 3rd generation Mazda6 SKYACTIV axle-back exhaust system custom made by the master craftsmen here at the SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop.



As shown in the picture below, the factory stock original axle-back exhaust system is cut down and replaced with a full stainless steel one custom fabricated by SUPERCIRCUIT.


This axle-back system is custom made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and are fully TIG/Argon welded by the master welders here with top notched craftsmanship. 


The advantage of custom made axle-back exhaust system is you will get to choose, the type of exhaust sound level you preferred, from our selection of muffler boxes i.e. s-flow, semi s-flow, oval straight flow & round straight flow muffler box.

Ford Ranger T6 2.2D Downpipe

When it comes to turbo downpipe collections, one has to pay us a visit to the SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop for its large range of turbo downpipes on display, from the European marques to JDM models, from locally produced national cars to high performance imports and here is one we made for the ever popular double-cab 4x4 pick-up truck - the Ford Ranger T6 2.2D.


On the Ford Ranger T6 2.2D is the Ford's 2.2L Duratec turbo diesel engine as shown in the picture below.


The below picture shows, view from the undercarriage, how the turbo outlet looks like after the downpipe is removed.

Mercedes Benz GLA250 (X156) Downpipe

Here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop's showroom, you can always find a large collection of turbo downpipes made for the Mercedes-Benz. Here is one installed to the Mercedes-benz GLA 250 4matic (X156).



This is the Mercedes-benz's ML270DE20AL 1,991cc turbo charged gasoline engine with the factory stock downpipe removed.




In the picture below, SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe vs. the Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 factory stock cated downpipe.

For ease of installation, the SUPERCIRCIT Downpipe made for the Mercedes Benz GLA 250 (X156) is designed in two sections and a slip-joint. They are connected by an exhaust clamp as shown in the picture here.


The stainless steel SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe made for the Mercedes Benz GLA250 (X156) is fabricated with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and is designed for direct bolt-on. The flanges are CNC machined from the same grade of stainless steel material for perfect fitment and durability.



View from underneath the engine of the Mercedes-Benz GLA 250. The SUPERCIRCUIT mandrel bent pipe is going through the oil sump and all the way over the front crossmember to the back.

Honda Civic FC 1.5T Catback Exhaust Custom

Here is the custom made stainless steel catback exhaust system fabricated for the 10th generation Honda Civic FC 1.5 Turbo. 


The picture below shows how the Honda Civic FC 1.5T undercarriage after the factory stock exhaust system is removed from the car.


The SUPERCIRCUIT custom made stainless steel catback exhaust system vs. the Honda Civic FC 1.5T factory stock exhaust system, the custom made system is made with larger bore grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and are fully TIG/Argon welded on stainless steel flanges for long lasting performance and sportier exhaust note.



The stainless steel mid-resonator and the two s-flow mufflers are specially selected, so it is not only sounds good, it will also helps on the performance too!

Renault Clio IV RS (200) EDC Downpipe

SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop has probably the largest collection of turbo downpipes and headers in the country. The collection ranging from the European marques to the local produced national car models. The downpipes produced by SUPERCIRCUIT is meant for improving the performance and output of the engine, just like the Renault Clio IV RS (200) EDC shown here.




On the left in the photo below, the factory stock downpipe of the Renault Clio IV RS vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe on the right of the picture.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is made with larger bore grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and are fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges.



On the factory stock Renault Clio IV RS (200) EDC, the cat pipe is immediately after the downpipe, which has a catalytic converter on it as seen in the picture below.

We have the SUPERCIRCUIT cat delete pipe sold as a kit together with the catless downpipe, for race or tuning purposes.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is designed for direct bolt on to the 1.6 L DIG TURBO on the Nissan built MR engine on the Renault Clio IV RS (200) EDC, no further mod is required during the installation and is for direct bolt-on application as shown in the pictures below.





Sold together in this Downpipe Kit is the cat delete pipe. It is also designed for direct bolt-on and both the Downpipe and Cat Delete Pipe is fully compatible with the Renault Clio IV RS (200) EDC's factory stock exhaust system.


All the flanges of the Downpipe and Cat Delete Pipe are CNC machined from stainless steel material for perfect fitment and long lasting performance. Simply just clamp onto the rest of the factory stock exhaust system via the original exhaust clamp show in the picture below.
