Mercedes Benz CLA 250 Downpipe

Yet another Mercedes Benz installed the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe here at our installation bays.


Picture below, the Mercedes Benz CLA 250 factory stock downpipe with a huge catalytic converter vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe in stainless steel.



The SUPERCIRCUIT Mercedes Benz CLA 250 Catless Downpipe is made with larger bore grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for direct bolt-on application.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is installed to the turbo outlet of the Mercedes Benz CLA 250's (M270 DE 20 AL engine).



View from the undercarriage of the Mercedes Benz CLA 250, the mandrel bent pipe of the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe moves fluently along the section between the engine and the front radiator, then going under the oil sump and over the front crossmember.



The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is designed for direct bolt-on application, it is fully compatible with the Mercedes Benz CLA 250's turbo outlet and also compatible with the rest of the factory stock exhaust system as shown in the picture below.


This catless downpipe promotes better exhaust flow and is ideal for ecu remapping/ tuning needs.

Toyota C-HR Axle-back Exhaust Custom

Here is the custom made axle-back exhaust system for the Toyota C-HR:


The factory stock original exhaust system of the Toyota C-HR is originally comes with a single exit system as shown below.


We replaced the rear section of the Toyota C-HR exhaust system, the axle-back system, it with a twin exhaust system as shown in the pictures below.



The custom made twin tailpipe axle-back exhaust system is fully made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and is fully hand TIG/Argon welded by the master craftsmen here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.



The twin exhaust system custom made for the Toyota C-HR is not only aesthetically pleasing on the already sporty bodykit, it also gives out a sporty exhaust note too!

Toyota Vios NCP93 Exhaust Headers and Catback Exhaust Custom

Here is the 2nd generation Toyota Vios (NCP93, 2007-2013) with the SUPERCIRCIUT 4-1 Headers and custom made catback exhaust system.



The SUPERCIRCUIT 4-1 Exhaust Headers/ Extractor is specially made for the Auto Transmission Toyota Vios NCP93 for better low-end torque and doesn't lose out the high-end horsepower. So it suitable for a daily driven car like the 2nd Toyota Vios NCP93 featured here.


The SUPERCIRCUIT 4-1 Extractor/ Exhaust Headers is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for optimum and long lasting performance.


The below picture shows how the outlet ports looks like, after the factory stock headers is removed, on the 2nd Generation Toyota Vios NCP93 1NZ-FE 1.5L engine.


The SUPERCIRCUIT 4-1 Headers is designed for direct bolt-on application and it is compatible with the stock original heat shield of the Toyota Vios NCP93 so the heat shield can be installed back for better heat insulation at the engine bay.



For optimal exhaust performance (and nice and sporty exhaust sound), the rest of the exhaust system (cat-back exhaust system) is to be replaced with a custom made, larger pipe size stainless steel system as show below.

Honda City GM6 Cat Pipe/ Race Pipe

The SUPERCIRCUIT 'Cat Delete Pipe' is made to replace the secondary catalytic converter on the 6th generation Honda City (GM6).


In the picture below is the factory stock original Honda City GM6 cat pipe section which consists of a secondary catalytic converter (the primary catalytic converter is at the Exhaust Header). The manufacturer has made this section of the exhaust system to be removed easily for race or track purposes.



Made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges, the SUPERCIRCUIT Cat Delete Pipe/ Race Pipe is a lot less restrictive and improves engine performance.

Honda CR-Z (ZF1) Cat Pipe/ Race Pipe

The SUPERCIRCUIT Cat Delete Pipe/ Race Pipe is installed to the Honda CR-Z (ZF1) as shown in the picture below.


The 'Cat Pipe' is one of the Honda CR-Z exhaust system section which consists of a catalytic converter and it is the second catalytic converter found on the vehicle, after the first catalytic converter at the exhaust header. The manufacturer has made this section to be removed easily for race or track purposes.

Honda Jazz/ Fit GK Cat Pipe/ Race Pipe

Featured in this article here, is the SUPERCIRCUIT Cat Delete Pipe/ Race Pipe of the 3rd generation Honda Jazz/ Fit (GK series).


The Cat Pipe, is a section of the 3rd generation Honda Jazz/ Fit GK exhaust system, which consists of a catalytic converter as shown in the picture below.


The manufacturer has made this section of the exhaust system, the cat pipe section, to be removed easily for race or track purposes. The below picture shown how it looks like after the cat pipe is being removed.


And being replaced with the SUPERCIRCIUT catless Race Pipe/ Cat pipe.
