BMW F82 M4 (S55) Downpipes

The catless SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipes bring the twin-turbo BMW F82 M4's S55B30T0 engine, which is capable of 425hp and 550Nm of torque, to a new height!


The S55 engine is the high performance version of the N55 engine. It was introduced in the F80 M3 and F82 M4, replacing the BMW S65 naturally aspirated V8 engine used in the previous generation M3.


Differences compared with the N55 include a closed-deck engine block, lightweight crankshaft, strengthened pistons, different valve material, twin turbos, twin fuel pumps, active exhaust and revised intercoolers.




The free-flow SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipes are made of grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and are fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flanges for direct bolt-on application. They are made according to the shape of the BMW F82 M4 factory stocks original downpipe but with larger bore and catless!



The below pictures show how the two SUPERCIRCUIT downpipes are installed to the BMW F82 M4. They are designed for direct bolt-on application and fully compatible with the factory stock original cat-back exhaust system. No mod or weld is required during the installation.



The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipes are clamped onto the turbo outlets of the BMW F82 M4 via the original exhaust clamp at the top, and bolted onto the rest of the exhaust system at the bottom.




The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipes are fully compatible with the BMW F82 M4 factory stock original cat-back exhaust system. Just a direct swap, no mod is required.

BMW F30 330e (B48) Downpipe

Here is yet another SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe installed to the BMW F30 330e.


The downpipe of the 6th generation BMW 3-series (F30) 330e plug-in hybrid with the B48B20 engine is indicated in the picture below and can be accessed fairly straight forward with just any workshop tools.



Comparing the BMW F30 330e factory stock downpipe and the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe in the picture below. The factory stock downpipe comes with a huge catalytic converter and the SUPERCIRCUIT catless which promotes higher exhaust flow efficiency, hence faster turbo spooling, more responsive at lower rpm range and higher engine output too!




At the top, the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is installed to the turbo outlet via the original clamp and at the bottom, it is connected to the rest of the factory stock exhaust system via a slip-joint. The downpipe is designed for direct swap and is 100% compatible with the factory stock cat-back exhaust system, no mod or weld is required during the installation.

BMW F30 320d (N47) Downpipe

SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop has probably the largest collection of catless turbo downpipes for BMW marques in the region, from the entry level BMW F20 1-series to the large SUV BMW X6 V8 engine, to cater for your tuning and remapping needs.

Featured below is yet another BMW F30 320d with the N47B20 diesel engine installed the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe.



The downpipe is located at the right hand side of the BMW F30 320d's engine, as indicated in the picture below.


In the picture below, the BMW F30 320d factory stock original downpipe which has a huge catalytic converter and laying next to it, the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe in full stainless steel.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is installed to the turbo outlet of the BMW F30 320d (N47B20) via the original exhaust clamp shown in the picture below.

The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is designed for direct swap, no mod or cut is required.


Just slide the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe onto the factory stock original exhaust system of the BMW F30 320d via the slip-joint and secured with the original exhaust clamp. This downpipe is fully compatible with the stock original cat-back exhaust system. No mod or cut is required during the installation.



The catless downpipe is ideal for ecu remapping and tuning needs, it allows the exhaust gas to flow freely and less restrictive, hence faster turbo spooling and lesser turbo lag.

Honda CR-V (RW) 1.5T Downpipe

Featured below, the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe made for the Honda CR-V 1.5 TURBO.


The 1.5L in-line 4-cylinder TURBO engine of the 5th generation Honda CR-V (RW) is similar to the one on the 10th generation Honda Civic FC (engine code L15B7) and we have the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe that is specially made for the L15B7 turbo charged engine.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is installed to the Honda CR-V 1.5 VTEC TURBO as shown in the pictures below. This catless downpipe promotes better exhaust flow and removes the restriction of the catalytic converter, allowing higher exhaust flow and cause the turbo to spool faster hence better engine output and lesser turbo lag.



The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is designed to bolt-on straight to the Honda CR-V 1.5T. It is fully compatible with the original O2 sensors and direct fit to the original cat-back exhaust system.

On the turbo outlet, the CNC machined stainless steel flange of the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe fits flawlessly to the Honda CR-V's turbo outlet.


At the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe, it is bolted onto the rest of the Honda CR-V (RW) 1.5T factory stock exhaust system straight as shown in the pictures below. No mod or cut is required.

Perodua Axia Extractor

When it comes to exhaust customization job in this part of the Peninsular, it is hard to miss out the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop for its top notched craftsmanship and quality materials used.


Here is the pre-facelift Perodua Axia 1.0 with the SUPERCIRCUIT's extractor and custom made cat-back exhaust system.




The pre-facelift Perodua Axia comes with the 998cc 12-valve DOHC 1KR-DE2 engine as shown in the picture below.

This is how the exhaust outlet of the 1KR-DE2 engine looks like after the factory stock original extractor is removed from it.


The pre-facelift Perodua Axia's stock original extractor which comes with a huge catalytic converter vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT free flow Extractor in full stainless steel (see picture below).

The SUPERCIRCUIT Extractor is installed to the pre-facelift Perodua Axia's 1KD-DE2  (non-VVTi) engine shown below.

The extractor is designed for direct bolt-on application, no mod or weld is required during the installation process.


To optimize the exhaust flow for better engine output and sporty exhaust ntoe, we customize a set of stainless steel cat-back exhaust system for the Perodua Axia as shown in the picture below.

We have just installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe to the Ford Ranger T7 (T6 Facelift) 2.2D shown below.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flanges for optimum exhaust flow efficiency.


The arrow shows the location of the downpipe on the 2.2L Duratorq turbo diesel engine.
