Porsche Cayenne Turbo (958) 4.8 V8 Downpipe

Below are the Catless Downpipes & Cat Pipes fabricated and installed to the 2011-2018 2nd generation Porsche Cayenne Turbo 4.8 V8 (958) by SUPERCIRCUIT.



Firstly, remove the factory stock downpipes and secondary cat pipes from the Porsche Cayenne 4.8 V8 engine shown above. Both the downpipes and cat pipes can be accessed from the undercarrige fairly easily.

The below pictures shown the turbo outlets, one at each side of the V8 engine, after the factory stock downpipes are removed.



The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipes and cat pipes made for the 2nd generation Porsche Cayenne Turbo 4.8 V8 (958) are fabricated with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and are fully TIG/Argon welded for optimum performance and exhaust flow efficiency!

The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipes and Cat Pipes are up. They are designed for direct bolt-on application, no cut or weld is required during the installation.

At the front, the downpipes bolted onto the turbo outlets of the 4.8 V8 engine.




At the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT Cat Pipes, they are just connected to the rest of the factory stock exhaust system via the original exhaust claim, no modification is required during whole installation process.


The above SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipes are designed for better exhaust flow efficiency, hence faster turbo spooling, lesser turbo lag, ideal for ecu remapping or tuning of the 2nd generation Porsche Cayenne (958) 4.8 V8 engine!

Honda Civic FD Cat-back Exhaust Custom

SUPERCIRCUIT custom made cat-back exhaust system for the Honda Civic FD 2.0 with extra 'dead camber' for low and bassy exhaust note, and to retain back-pressure at the same time.


This cat-back exhaust system custom made for the 10th generation Honda Civic FD 2.0 is fully done in grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and TIG/Argon welded with top notched craftsmanship.


This custom made cat-back exhaust system comes with the extra canister (or commonly known as the 'dead champer') at the rear muffler. The 'dead champer' provides more back-pressure and also gives out a bassy exhaust note.

Volvo V40 2.0 T5 Downpipe

The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe is supplied and installed to the 2015-2019 Volvo V40 2.0 T5 (B4204T41 engine) below, for unrestricted exhaust flow efficiency and faster turbo spooling, hence gains more horsepower and torque!


Removing the turbo downpipe from the Volvo V40 T5's turbo outlet is quite simple and straight forward. The below pictures shown how it looks like after the factory stock original downpipe is removed from the turbo outlet of the B5204T9 engine.



In the picture below, the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe vs. the factory stock original downpipe of the Volvo V40 2.0 T5 which has a huge catalytic converter.


The free-flow SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flange for long lasting performance and for direct bolt-on application.


At the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe, it is fully compatible with the stock original cat-back exhaust system of the Volvo V40 2.0 T5. Just bolt on straight, no modification is required during the installation.

Audi S5 (B8) 2.0TFSI Downpipe

Here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop, we have just supplied and installed yet another SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe to the 2007-2012 Audi S5 (B8) 2.0TFSI as shown in the picture below.


The 2.0 TFSI engine on the Audi S5 Sportback (B8).


The factory stock original downpipe is removed from the turbo outlet of the Audi S5 (B8) 2.0TFSI engine.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipes made for the Audi S5 (B8) 2.0TFSI is fully fabricated with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flanges for direct bolt-on application.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe made for the 2007-2012 Audi S5 (B8) 2.0TFSI engine is designed for direct bolt-on application. It is direct bolted onto the turbo outlet of the engine as shown in the picture below, no mod is required during the installation.


At the other side of the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe, the stainless steel flange is bolted onto the rest of the original exhaust system flawlessly. No cut or weld is required during the installation.

Honda City Hybrid (GM6) Headers/ Extractor

The SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Headers/ Extractor made for the 6th generation Honda City (GM6) Hybrid engine, is installed to improve exhaust flow efficiency hence better torque and horsepower.


The original factory stock exhaust headers can be found behind the Honda City (GM6) Hybrid LEB (i-VTEC + Honda H1 Electric Motor) as indicated in picture below.


The Honda City (GM6) Hybrid's factory stock headers in the right of the picture with the original heat shield removed VS. the SUPERCIRCUIT catless headers which is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges.


The direct bolt-on SUPERCIRCUIT Headers made for 6th generation Honda City Hybrid (GM6) is installed to the LEB (i-VTEC + Honda H1 Electric Motor) engine.


Note that this SUPERCIRCUIT Header is fully compatible with the factory heat shield (not shown in the picture) which can be installed back in position after the header is installed.


It is also fully compatible with the original EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) pipe and factory stock cat-back exhaust system. No cut or weld is required during the whole installation process.

Mazda3 MPS Downpipe

We have supplied and installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe to yet another 2nd generation Mazda3 MPS (or called Mazdaspeed 3 in some countries) with the MZR 2.3 DISI turbo-charged engine.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe developed for the Mazda3 MPS MZR 2.3 DISI Turbo engine is larger in overall pipe size, so it has a lot less restriction and promotes better exhaust flow efficiency for faster turbo spooling hence higher output can be achieved.


The turbo downpipe is located at the rear of the Mazda3 MPS 2.3 DISI engine and can be accessed after the top mount intercooler is removed as shown in the picture below.


The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe is made with grade 304 stainless steel pipes and matched with CNC manchined flanges made of the same 304 stainless steel materials, then hand welded with TIG/Argon welding by our master craftsmen here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop for direct bolt-on application.




The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe is designed for direct bolt-on to the turbo outlet of Mazda3 MPS 2.3 DISI engine for better exhaust flow efficiency and faster turbo spooling!
