TOYOTA 86 UEL Header

We have supplied and installed yet another Toyota 86 with the SUPERCIRCUIT UEL (Unequal Length) Headers here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop's installation bays.


The SUPERCIRCUIT UEL Headers is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for long lasting performance and durability.


The SUPERCIRCUIT unequal length headers a.k.a. UEL Headers is designed with the two primary pipes from one side of the boxer engine, traveled at different distances to the collector as compared to the other two primary pipes from another side of the engine; causing the exhaust to create the iconic 'Boxer Engine Rumbles'!


The SUPERCIRCUIT UEL Headers Kit is designed for direct bolt-on application and is fully compatible with the Toyota 86 original undercarriage covers. No mod or cut is required during the installation!

Mini Cooper S (R53) Sport Exhaust Headers

We have supplied and installed yet another Mini Cooper S (R53) showned below with the SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Sport Header. This exhaust header is specially crafted for the 1.6 Supercharged Tritec Engine, to remove the restriction for better performance and horsepower!


The SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Sport Exhasut Headers made for the Mini Cooper S (R53) has long primary pipes that help to create better low-end torque. It is also catless for higher exhaust flow efficiency and less restrictive compared to the factory stock one.


The SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Sport Exhaust Header is designed for direct bolt-on to the Mini Cooper S (R53) 2000-2006 with supercharged 1.6L Tritec engine. No mod is required during the installation process.

Further more, it is fully made of 304 stainless steel CNC mandrel bent pipes, matched with stainless steel flanges and hand TIG/Argon welded with top notched craftsmanship.


At the front, the SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Sport Exhaust Header is designed for direct bolt-on to the Mini Cooper S (R53) 2000-2006 with supercharged 1.6L Tritec engine. No mod is required during the installation process.


The other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Sport Exhaust Header is just simply bolted onto and fully compatible with the factory stock original exhaust system as shown in the picture below. No mod is required.


Note the O2 sensor defoulers are pre-built onto the Mini Cooper S header, to prevent the CEL (check engine light) issue after installing this catless header.

2022 Honda HR-V (RV) e:HEV Header

The catless SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Header shown below is developed for the 2022 Honda HR-V (model code: RV) e:HEV 1.5L (LEB-MMD/LEC-H5/LEC6 DOHC i-MMD) engine, to remove the exhaust restriction and bring out the potential of the engine!


The factory stock exhaust header is located behind the 1.5L (LEB-MMD/LEC-H5/LEC6 DOHC i-MMD) engine, just in front of the firewall as indicated in the picture below.


The factory stock header comes with a heat shield as shown in the picture below, which has to be installed onto the SUPERCIRCUIT exhaust header later.


Pictured below, the Honda HR-V (RV) e:HEV factory stock original header (LEFT) vs. the catless SUPERCIRCUIT Header which is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel & fully TIG/Argon welded. 

The SUPERCIRCUIT catless and free flow header is designed to remove the restriction of the original header, which comes with a huge catalytic converter, for better exhaust flow efficiency hence high torque and horsepower!



The SUPERCIRCUIT Header is fully compatible with the Honda HR-V (RV) original heat sheild, which has to be installed after the header is installed in the picture below.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Header is designed for direct bolt-on application as shown in the picture below, no further modification is required during the installation on the Honda HR-V (RV).

Both the factory heat shield (see picture below) and EGR pipe (not shown in the picture) is back in position after the SUPERCIRCUIT Header is installed.
