BMW G30 530i (B48) Downpipe

When it comes to turbo downpipe collections, one has to pay us a visit to the SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop for its large range of turbo downpipes in stocks, from the European marques to JDM models, from locally produced national cars to high performance imports.

Here is the latest BMW G30 530i with the B48 enigne that is installed with the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe.


In the below picture, the 7th generation BMW G30 530i with the 2.0L turbo charged 4-cylinder mill code named B48B20.


The below picture shows how the turbo outlet of the B48 engine on the BMW G30 530i looks like, after the factory stock downpipe is removed.


In the picture below, the factory stock downpipe of the BMW G30 530i vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe.



The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is made of larger bore grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bent pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges and it is designed for direct bolt-on application.


The BMW G30 530i factory stock downpipe is clamped onto the turbo outlet at the top and a slip-joint to connect it to the rest of the exhaust system at the bottom as show in the pictures below. No mod or weld is required during the installation, simply a direct swap.



This catless downpipe is less restrictive compared to the factory stock one, it promotes better exhaust flow, faster turbo spooling and lesser turbo lag, hence a lot higher horsepower and torque can be achieved. It can also be installed without having the ecu tuned, just add an 'O2 sensor' defouler to avoid the CEL will do the trick.

BMW F30 330e (B48) Downpipe

The F30 is the first in the BMW 3-series history to have the entire range fitted with the turbo charged engine. From 2016 onward, the facelifted 3-series (LCI) model has been updated with the B48 engine and below is the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe developed for the B48B20 engine and fitted to the BMW F30 330e.



The BMW F30 330e (B48) factory stock original downpipe vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT free flow catless downpipe which is fully made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and TIG/Argon welded for flawless fitment and long lasting performance.





In below picture, the undercarriage of the BMW F30 330e and the arrow shows where the turbo downpipe is located.




The turbo outlet of the BMW F30 330e's B48 engine looks like, after the factory stock downpipe is removed.



The SUPERCIRCUIT BMW F30 330e downpipe is made of grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and is designed for direct bolt-on application. The CNC machined stainless steel flange clamped onto the B48B20's turbo outlet via the factory original metal clamp at the front and at the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe, it is connected to the rest of the BMW F30 330e factory stock catback exhaust system via a slip-joint as shown below. So the whole installation is just fully bolt-on, no cut or weld is required.

BMW F30 328i (N20) Downpipe

Here is the 6th generation BMW F30 3-series, 328i to be precised, fitted with the N20 engine with the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe installed.


The F30 is the first in the BMW 3-series history to have the entire range fitted with the turbo charged engine. Here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop, we have developed the catless downpipe for it. The arrow shows where the turbo downpipe is located in the picture below.


The pictures below shows how the turbo outlet of the BMW F30 328i's N20 engine looks like, after the factory stock downpipe is removed.

The SUPERCIRCUIT BMW F30 328i downpipe is made of grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and is designed for direct bolt-on application. At the top, it's CNC machined stainless steel flange clamped onto the N20B20's turbo outlet via the factory original metal clamp as shown in the picture below.


At the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe, it is connected to the rest of the BMW F30 328i catback exhaust system via a slip-joint as shown below. So the whole installation is just fully bolt-on, no cut or weld is required.

Honda City GM6 Exhaust Headers/ Extractor

The SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Headers/ Extractor made for the 6th generation Honda City GM6, with L15Z1 1.5L i-VTEC SOHC engine, promotes better and unrestricted exhaust flow, for better engine performance.



This is how the exhaust outlet port looks like after the factory stock headers is removed from the Honda City GM6 engine.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Headers/ Extractor has larger pipe size and is catless, hence better exhaust flow efficiency compared to the Honda City GM6 factory stock exhaust headers which has a huge catalytic converter (as shown in the pictures below).



The SUPERCIRCUIT Headers/Extractor developed for the Honda City GM6 is fabricated with grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bent pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flanges for direct bolt-on application. It is also fully compatible with the Honda City GM6 EGR pipe (Exhaust Gas Recirculation pipe) as shown in the picture below.

Honda Civic FD2 Type-R Headers

The factory stock original exhaust headers is removed for the Honda Civic FD2R. The picture below shows how the exhaust outlet ports looks like on the legendary K20A engine.



The tuned-length primary and extended secondary pipes formation ensures power and torque gain over the factory stock original Honda Civic FD2 Type-R headers (see the DYNO results here).




The SUPERCIRCUIT Honda Civic FD2 Type-R Headers is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon hand welded by the master craftsmen here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for direct bolt-on application. It is fully compatible with the factory stock cat-back exhaust system.

Featured here is the SUPERCIRCUIT Headers made for the 2nd generation Mini Cooper/ Mini Cooper ONE (R56) with the 1.6L NA engine.


This 2nd generation Mini Cooper comes with the natural aspirated 1.6L engine (code N16B16M0) as shown in the picture below.


The factory stock original headers of the N16B16M0 engine of the Mini Cooper (R56) has smaller pipes and is made of different material.




In the picture below, the SUPERCIRCUIT 4-1 Exhaust headers vs. the factory stock original headers which has a huge catalytic converter.
