Honda Jazz/ Fit (GE) Exhaust Header

SUPERCIRCUIT catless exhaust header is designed and made for the 2nd generation Honda Jazz (GE) L15A SOHC engine, for better exhaust flow efficiency and hence smoother torque and horsepower output!


The factory stock exhaust header for the 2nd generation Honda Jazz (GE) can be found behind the L15A SOHC engine, facing the firewall, as indicated in the picture picture.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Header/ Extractor (RIGHT in the picture below) is made with larger bore mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges.


Compared to the Honda Jazz (GE)'s factory stock exhaust headers which has a huge catalytic converter under the heat shield (LEFT in the picture below), the SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Header is catless, hence lesser restriction and better exhaust flow efficiency for smoother torque and more horsepower.


Pictured below is the view from the undercarriage of the Honda Jazz (GE). The SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Header is connected to the rest of the factory stock cat-back exhaust system via the original 'conical gasket'. No cut or weld is required during the whole installation process.


View from the engine bay, the SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Header is bolted on the exhaust port of the Honda Jazz (GE)'s L15A engine and once the header is installed, the factory stock heat shield and O2 sensor can be installed back in place (picture futher below).

Toyota 86 UEL Headers & Over Pipe Kit

Thank you for the trust and support, we have supplied and installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Un-Equal Length (UEL) Header to yet another Toyota 86 here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop's installation bays.


Pictured below, the 4U-GSE (FA-20 H4) boxer engine of this Toyota 86. The exhaust header can be be accessed from the undercarriage fairly easily.


The Toyota 86 factory stock original exhaust header vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT UEL header + Over Pipe (S-pipe) Kit shown in the picture below. The SUPERCIRCUIT UEL Header is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for long lasting performance and durability.


The SUPERCIRCUIT unequal length header a.k.a. UEL Header is designed with the two primary pipes from one side of the boxer engine, traveled at different distances to the collector as compared to the other two primary pipes from another side of the engine; causing the exhaust to create the iconic Subaru rumble!



The SUPERCIRCUIT UEL Header + S-pipe Kit shown above is made specially for Toyota 86/ Subaru BRZ with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges by the master craftsmen here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.

This Kit is designed for direct bolt-on application and is fully compatible with the Toyota 86 original undercarriage covers too! No mod or cut is required during the installation process.

VW Arteon 4motion 2.0 TSI Downpipe

Here at SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop, we strive our very best to bring you the best in performance, craftsmanship and up-to-date exhaust products. Featured here is the catless downpipe developed for the VW Arteon 4motion 2.0 TSI engine.


The factory stock downpipe of the VW Arteon 2.0 TSI 4motion (280PS) engine can be accessed behind the engine bay as indicated in the picture below.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe is made with grade 304 mandrel bent 3.0" stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flange vs. the VW Arteon 2.0 TSI factory stock original downpipe which has a smaller pipe size and with a huge restrictivce catalytic converter.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe is clamped onto the turbo outlet of the VW Arteon 2.0 TSI engine, no further modification is required during the installation.


View from the bottom of the engine, the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe is designed to clamp onto the turbo outlet of the VW Arteon 2.0 TSI engine. Just a direct swap between the stock one, no further modification is required during the installation.


View from the undercarriage, the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe is passing by the centre propeller shaft of the VW Arteon 4motion.


At the other end of the downpipe, it is slotted onto the VW Arteon 4motion's factory stock cat-back exhaust system with the original metal clamp, no mod is required during the whole installation processes.

BMW F26 X4 XDrive28i Downpipe

The BMW F26 X4 (2014-2018) XDrive28i is at our installation bays for the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe installation.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe featured below is created for the BMW F26 X4 XDrive28i's N20B20 engine, which is ideal for ecu remapping and tuning purposes!


The factory stock original BMW F26 X4 downpipe is clamped onto the turbo outlet of the N20B20 engine. It can be accessed from the undercarriage by losen the exhaust clamps as shown in the pictures below.



The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe VS. the factory stock original BMW F26 X4 N20B20 downpipe which has a huge catalytic converter.


Moreover, the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is made of grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flange for long lasting performance and durability.

This downpipe is made fully compatible with the BMW F26 X4's N20B20 engine, just a direct sway, no cut or weld is required during the process.

Mazda MX-5 (ND) Axle-back Exhaust with Valvetronic

The Mazda MX-5 (ND) axle-back exhaust system with valvetronic pictured below is fully custom fabricated with mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and TIG/Argon hand welded by the master craftsmen here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.




The dual-sound muffler (a.k.a. valvetronic) gives out two different exhaust note via the remote control at the cabin on the go as demostrated in the video below.
