Toyota Vios (AC100) Exhaust Header

We have the direct bolt-on full stainless steel exhaust headers developed for the 2023 Toyota Vios (AC100), to remove the restriction and improve the exhaust flow efficiency for better engine output, higher low-end torque and high-end horserpower!

The SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Headers/ Extractor developed for the Toyota Vios (AC100)'s 1.5L 2NR-VE engine is also catless for higher exhaust flow efficiency and less restrictive compared to the factory stock one (LEFT in the picture below).

It is made with grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bent pipes and is fully TIG/ARgon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for straight bolt-on application to the Toyota Vios (AC100)'s 2NR-VE engine block as shown in the pictures below.

The 4-2-1 pipes formation of the SUPERCIRCUIT exhaust header with longer primary pipes, ensures better low-end torque and the larger bore size helps in smoother high-end horsepower output!

Full grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes welded onto the CNC machined stainless steel flanges with TIG/Argon welding, the SUPERCIRCUIT exhaust header made for the Toyota Vios (AC100) is carefully crafted for long lasting performance and durability.

At the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT exhaust header, it is secured to the rest of the Toyota Vios (AC100) cat-back exhaust system via the original spring bolts as shown in the picture below, no weld or mod is required during the installation process.

Subaru WRX STI (VA) EJ207 Downpipe

We have supplied yet another direct bolt-on SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe to the 2015-2021 Subaru WRX STI (VA) here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop's installation bay shown in the pictures below. Thank you for the customer's support!!

Pictured below, the EJ207 of the Subaru WRX STI (VA) which is available for the JDM version.

The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe is made with larger bore stainless steel mandrel bent pipes and fully TIG/Argon welded on stainless steel machined flanges for direct bolt-on application for the Subaru WRX STI (VA) EJ207.

The stainless steel flange shown in the picture below is designed for direct bolt-on to the Subaru WRX STI (VA) EJ207's turbo outlet, no mod or weld is required during the installation process.

The SUPERCIRCUI downpipe is designed for direct bolt-on to the Subaru WRX STI (VA) EJ207's turbo outlet as shown in the picture below, no mod or weld is required during the installation process.

The larger bore pipings allows better and unrestricted exhaust flow for an awesome low-end torque improvement & significantly gain more horsepower even before ecu remapping/ tuning.

Audi S4 (B8) 3.0 V6 Catless Downpipes

We have installed a set of SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipes to yet another Audi S4 (B8) supercharged 3.0L V6 here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop's installation bays.

The factory stock original downpipes can be found at both sides of the engine as indicated in the picture below.

In the picture below is how the LH exhaust outlet looks like after the downpipe is removed.

And the RH exhaust outlet after the downpipe is removed.

In the picture below, the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipes (left) vs. the factory stock original downpipes which come with huge catalytic converters.

The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipes are made of grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes with fully TIG/Argon welding on CNC machined flanges also made from the same grade of stainless steel materials.

Pictured below, the LH side installed. The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipes are designed to replace the original downpipes. Just straight bolt-on, no cut or weld is required.
