Mini Cooper S (R56) Downpipe

SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop has probably the largest collection of turbo downpipes and exhaust headers in the country.

This is the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe we installed to the 2nd generation Mini Cooper S (R56) here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.

This is the outgoing 1.6L turbo charged 'Prince' engine of the Mini Cooper S (R56). The factory stock downpipe is just under the heat shield right behind the radiator.

Below picture is how it looks like from under the engine after the factory stock downpipe is removed from the turbo outlet.

The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe is installed to the Mini Cooper S (R56). This downpipe is made with larger bore stainless steel mandrel bent pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges, for accurate fitment and long lasting performance.

At the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe, it is connected to the rest of the Mini Cooper S (R56) factory stock exhaust system via an original exhaust clamp. This downpipe is fully compatible with the Mini Cooper S (R56) factory stock exhaust system, no mod is required during the installation.

This catless downpipe promotes better exhaust flow, hence faster turbo spooling and higher torque and horsepower can be achieved. It is ideal for ecu remapping/ tuning needs.
