BMW E92 335i (N54 twin-turbo) Downpipes

At the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop's installation bays is the BMW E92 335i with the N54 twin turbo engine and we have developed and installed a set of catless downpipes for her.


The factory stock original downpipe can be accessed fairly easily from the undercarriage of the BMW E92 335i as indicated in the picture below.
 

The below picture shows how the two outlets of the twin turbos on the BMW E92 335i's N54 engine after the factory stock original downpipes are removed.


The factory stock original downpipes which come with a huge catalytic converter at each side VS. the SUPERCIRCUIT free flow catless donwpipeS in full grade 304 stainless steel.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipes are fabricated with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flanges for direct bolt-on application.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipes are installed to the BMW E92 335i without fuss, it is designed to bolt-on straight to the factory stock N54's turbo outlets at the front and matched with the factory stock origingal cat-back exhaust system at the back as shown in the pictures below.



The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipes are designed for better exhaust flow efficiency, hence faster turbo spooling, lesser turbo lag, ideal for your BMW E92 335i (N54) Twin-turbo's ecu remapping or tuning needs!

Ford Mustang GT 5.0 Headers

We have supplied and installed yet another 6th gen. Ford Mustang GT (S550) 5.0 V8 with the SUPERCIRCUIT Headers here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Headers are designed specially for the Ford Mustang GT (S550)'s 5.0L Coyote V8, which is capable of 412hp and 529Nm of torque at max. as claimed by the manufacturer.


The tuned-length SUPERCIRCUIT exhaust headers vs. the Ford Mustang V8 5.0L factory stock original headers. 


The SUPERCIRCUIT headers are made from grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC-machined flanges.

The tuned-length primary pipes of the SUPERCIRCUIT headers allow the exhaust gas to flow smoother and efficiently.
