Honda Civic FN2 Type-R Headers

Here is yet another Honda Civic FN2 Type-R installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Headers for better performance.


The K20Z4 of the Honda Civic FN2 Type-R and its exhaust outlet ports shown in the picture further below, after the factory stock original headers is removed from the engine.


The SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Headers vs. the Honda Civic FN2R factory stock original headers which comes with a huge catalytic converter.

The SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Headers is specially designed for the Honda Civic FN2R with long primary and secondary pipes which are made of grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges, for better and smoother exhaust flow hence higher engine output can be achieved.


Designed for direct bolt-on application, the Headers is secured to the K20Z4 exhaust outlets at the top and 100% compatible with the Honda Civic FN2R factory stock original cat-back exhaust system shown in the picture further below.

Ford Everest 2.0 bi-turbo Downpipe

After installing the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe to the Ford Ranger 2.0 bi-turbo earlier. Here we installed another downpipe to the Ford Everest 2.0 with the same EcoBlue 2.0 bi-turbo powertrain.



The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for direct bolt-on application to the Ford Everest/ Ranger Wildtrak 2.0 Bi-turbo EcoBlue engine.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is designed for direct bolt-on application, it is clamped onto the turbo outlet of the Ford Ranger Wildtrak 2.0 Bi-turbo via the factory original clamp and fastened onto the bracket with the original bolts just like the factory stock downpipe. No cut or weld is required during the installation.




The catless downpipe is a lot less restrictive and promotes better exhaust flow, hence faster turbo spooling, lesser turbo lag and at the same time creating higher torque and horsepower. This is further proven on the DYNO machine.
