Toyota Hilux Revo 2.8D Downpipe

If you are looking for any good quality and top workmanship automotive turbo downpipes, most of the time you will be able to find them in SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop. After successfully introduced the SUPERCIRCUIT Toyota Hilux Revo 2.4D downpipe earlier, here is the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe developed for the Toyota Hilux Revo 2.8D.



This is the 2.8L turbo diesel engine code name 2GD-FTV on the 8th generation Toyota Hilux Reve shown below and the arrow shows where the downpipe is located.



Comparing the factory stock turbo downpipe of the 8th generation Toyota Hilux Revo 2.8D and the SUPERCIRCUIT one. The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is catless and is made with larger bore stainless steel mandrel bent pipes to optimize the exhaust flow efficiency for faster turbo spooling and reducing turbo lag, hence higher horsepower and smoother torque can be achieved.


The factory stock turbo downpipe is removed from the Toyota Hilux Revo 2.8D turbo outlet (SEE BELOW).


The below picture shows the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe developed for the 8th generation Toyota Hilux Revo 2.8D is direct clamped onto the turbo outlet, it is fully compatible with rest of the Revo2.8D catback exhaust system.

Mercedes Benz A250 (W176) Downpipe

SUPERCIRCUIT has developed a very complete range of turbo downpipes for European marques, Japan Domestic Models to the local national car models, and has displayed a wide range of downpipes and headers in its showroom here at SS13 Subang Jaya Industrial Estate.

A good and efficient turbo downpipe will improve turbo spooling, hence will gain more horsepower, better torque and reducing turbo lag.

Here is yet another Mercedes Benz A250 (W176) installed the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe:




The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe vs. the Mercedes Benz A250 (W176) Downpipe which is with a huge catalytic converter. The catless downpipe promotes better exhaust flow and is ideal for ecu remapping/ tuning needs.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe made for the Mercedes Benz A250 (W176) is fully compatible with the factory stock turbo and the rest of the exhaust system (SEE BELOW PHOTOS). It is just bolt-on straight, no modification is required during the installation.




The current version of the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is divided into two sections for ease of installation. They are connected via an exhaust clamp (included) to the 'slip joint' (AS SHOWN IN THE PICTURES BELOW).



At the bottom end of the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe pipe, it is connected to the rest of the factory stock exhaust system of the Mercedes Benz A250 via the original exhaust clamp (SEE BELOW PICTURES), just reuse the stock one since the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is designed to be fully compatible.

Mercedes Benz A200 (W176) Downpipe

SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop has probably the largest collection of turbo downpipes in the country. The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipes are produced in-house by highly experienced and trained craftsmen, then it is installed here to ensure the product produced is not only fitted perfectly, it has to be performed well (me meant horsepower & torque gains here) too!

Here is the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe installed to the Mercedes Benz A200 (W176):



The Mercedes Benz A200 factory stock downpipe vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe (SEE BELOW PICTURES). The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe is made with grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bent pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded.



The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe made for the Mercedes Benz W176 A200 is designed for straight bolt-on, not further modification is required during the installation (SEE BELOW PICTURES).




The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is designed to be compatible with the factory stock turbo and the rest of the original exhaust system of the Mercedes Benz A200.



At the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe, the flange is CNC machined, from billet metal, to shape and is connected to the rest of the factory stock catback exhaust system via the original exhaust clamp (SEE BELOW PICTURES).

Mini Cooper S (F56) Downpipe

This is the 3rd generation Mini Cooper S (F56) with the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe installed here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop:




On this Mini Cooper S F56 is the 2.0L turbo charged engine from BMW (code name B48).


In the pictures below, the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe, laying side by side is the Mini Cooper S (F56) stock downpipe with a huge catalytic converter. The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is made with larger bore stainless steel mandrel bent pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges, for accurate fitment and long lasting performance.



Unlike the previous Mini Cooper S R56 model, the downpipe of the Mini Cooper F46 is behind the engine and it takes plenty of effort to remove and install the SUPERCIRCUIT one. See how the peripheral components are removed to access to the downpipe in our Facebook video here.

Mini Cooper S (R56) Downpipe

SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop has probably the largest collection of turbo downpipes and exhaust headers in the country. All the SUPERCIRCUIT products are produced and installed in-house to ensure perfect fitment and with performance improvement.

Yet another 2nd generation Mini Cooper S (R56) installed the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop:




Below is the outgoing 1.6L turbo charged 'Prince' engine of the Mini Cooper S (R56). The factory stock downpipe is just under the heat shield right behind the radiator.


And this is how it looks like after the factory stock downpipe is removed from the turbo outlet.

Direct bolt-on to the turbo outlet of the Mini Cooper S R56 and the factory stock heat shields are installed back in position (SEE BELOW PICTURES).



SUPERCIRCUIT Mini Cooper S R56 Catless Downpipe comes in two types of setup for the second O2 sensor bung, one with the 'defouler' built-in just like in the picture below (for those who does not tune/remap the ecu) and other one without the 'defouler' (for tuned/ remapped engine, MORE IMAGES HERE). 


At the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe, it is connected to the rest of the Mini Cooper S (R56) factory stock exhaust system via an original exhaust clamp. This downpipe is fully compatible with the Mini Cooper S (R56) factory stock exhaust system, no mod is required during the installation.

Mini Countryman (R60) Downpipe

SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop probably house the largest quantity of turbo downpipes and exhaust headers in the country. You always can find one here at our showroom or even that is not available, we can always custom made it for you.

Here is the Mini Cooper S Countryman R60 catless downpipe we produced and installed.



This Mini Cooper S Countryman comes with the outgoing Prince turbocharged 1.6L engine.


The factory stock downpipe is just located in front of the engine and can be accessed quite easily after removing the heat shield and components around it.


In the below picture, the factory stock Mini Cooper S Countryman (R60) turbo downpipe vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT catless one at the background. The catless downpipe provides larger and less restrictive exhaust flow, it makes the turbo spool faster and hence better performance. It is also good for ECU tuning or ECU reflashing needs.



SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is installed to the turbo outlet of the Mini Cooper S Countryman. The installation of the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is just straight bolt-on, no further modification is required.



At the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe, it connects to the rest of the exhaust system via the exhaust clamp (reuse the factory original one). This downpipe is 100% compatible with the stock original R60 Countryman catback exhaust system.
