Mercedes Benz CLS 350 (W219) Exhaust Customization

The Mercedes Benz (W219) CLS 350 with 3498cc V6 CGI engine is claimed to be able to procude 288hp (292PS) and 365Nm (269lbft) of torque on crank.

We have custom made the catback exhaust system for a tuned Mercedes Benz CLS 350 with at least 700hp on wheels with 2.5" stainless steel mandrel bent pipes, matched with two high quality straight flow mufflers and fully TIG/Argon hand welded by our master craftsmen here at SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop. 




Research shown the cross pipe formation at the middle synchronize the balance of the exhaust pulses from each bank of cylinders of the V6 engine based on firing order which increases velocity and scavenging from each cylinder.

Mitsubishi Lancer Sportback 2.4L (4B12) Header

The SuperCircuit 4-2-1 Exhaust Header/ Extractor for the Mitsubishi 2.4L 4B12 engine is installed to the Lancer Sportback 2.4 below.


The similar 2.4L 4B12 engine can be found on the Mitsubishi Lancer 2.4L or the Lancer Sportback 2.4L.

The factory stock header is unveiled after the heat shield is removed. The Lancer 2.4L header comes with 3 heat shield brackets but some come with 4 heat shield brackets.

The Mitsubishi Lancer 2.4L 4B12 header with the factory original 3-bolt heat shield shown below.


Both the dismantle and installation process of the header is accessed via underneath of the vehicle, where more space is permitted.

It is easier to install the SuperCircuit header to the 4B12 engine block first, then only the heat shield after the header is tighten in position. The SuperCircuit 4-2-1 Header for the Mit. Lancer 4B12 2.4L engine comes with brackets that is compatible with the original heat shield.

Please note that, there are only 5 washer-ed nuts and studs on the original engine block and it is perfectly fine with that, even though the SuperCircuit Header flange is designed to take more nuts (see below).

Remember to reuse the metal gasket on the original stock header and reapply exhaust cement onto both sides of it before installing.

VW Passat CC Quad Exhaust Customization

SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop provides exhaust customization with top notched craftsmanship and quality, just like the Volkswagen Passat CC with the customized quad catback exhaust system below.


The original Volkswagen Passat CC is a one-sided twin outlet exhaust system.

We fabricated a set of quad exhaust system with grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bent pipes, full TIG/Argon welded for this VW Passat CC.

In order to accommodate the quad tailpipes, the rear under diffuser has to be changed too. A new rear under diffuser specially for the double-sided quad tailpipes has to be installed in advance.


The SuperCircuit customized quad tailpipes catback exhaust system installed to the VW Passat CC without fuss, all is customized to 100% compatible with the factory stock downpipe exhaust system. No any modification is needed.

Ford Ranger T6 2.2D Catback Exhaust System

Ford Ranger T6 2.2D 2.5" stainless steel catback exhaust system is now available at SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop or its authorized dealers nationwide.


The Ford Ranger 2.2D factory stock catback exhaust system is made of mild steel which will get rusty over the times. We replaced it with the SuperCircuit one which is made of grade 304 stainless steel CNC mandrel bent 2.5" piping and full TIG/Argon welded. It is rust proof and durable!

VW Passat CC Downpipe

The 2.5" Volkswagen Passat CC catless downpipe by SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop is made with grade 304 stainless steel, CNC mandrel bent piping and full TIG/Argon welded. It is designed to be able to straight bolt-on and 100% compatible with the stock turbo or the rest of the catback exhaust system. 


Compared with the VW Passat CC factory stock downpipe, the SuperCircuit downpipe has larger inner diameter and both the original catalytic converter is deleted to allow higher flow and hence able to achieve higher engine output. A catless downpipe is best matched with the ECU tuning.


The SuperCircuit downpipe comes with a pre-installed O2 sensor defouler on the downpipe itself. So there will be no CEL issue here. 




The SuperCircuit downpipe installed to the VW Passat CC without fuss, all straight bolt-on and no further modification is required. 100% compatible with the factory stock catback exhaust system.

Honda Stream RSZ 2.0 (RN6/7/8/9) Header

SuperCircuit has developed the cat deleted header for the second generation Honda Stream (2006-present) code RN5/7/8/9 with R20A 2.0L engine. Please refer to the below installation scene.


The factory stock Honda Stream RSZ header with catalytic converter on the right. SuperCircuit stainless steel high flow efficiency catless header on the left. Please note the SuperCircuit Header is compatible with the original EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) hose. 

The SuperCircuit header is designed to 100% compatible with the 2nd generation Honda Stream 2.0 (R20A) installed. It is just plug 'n play, no further modification required during the installation.


The O2 sensor is installed back in position on the SuperCircuit stainless steel header for the Honda Stream RSZ 2.0L (see below).



The EGR is installed back in position on the SuperCircuit stainless steel header for the Honda Stream RSZ 2.0L (see below).
