Nissan Navara NP300 Downpipe

The 3rd generation Nissan Navara NP300 shown below is at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop for the sport downpipe performance upgrade. We have supplied and installed the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe for faster turbo spooling and better performance!


The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is made for the YD25DDTi High Power commonrail diesel engine of the Nissan Navara NP300 shown in the picture below. The factory stock orignal downpipe can be found at the right side of engine as indicated below.


The Nissan Navara NP300 factory stock original downpipe vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is made of grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges, for direct bolt-on application.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is designed for direct bolt-on application. It is bolted straight onto the turbo outlet of the Nissan Navara NP300 (as shown in the picture below) and is also fully compatible with the factory stock original cat-back exhaust system (picture further down below), no mod or cut is required during the installation.

Perodua Gen3 Myvi Tuned-length Exhaust Header

The Dyno-tested 4-2-1 tuned-length SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Header featured below is probably the highest output exhaust header you can get for the Perodua Gen3 Myvi around!


Compared with the factory stock original exhaust header shown in the picture below, which has a huge catalytic converter, the SUPERCIRCUIT tuned-length header in 4-2-1 formation.

The SUPERCIRCUIT header comes with both extra length primary pipes and secondary pipes that helps to create good torque gains at the whole RPM range and the larger pipes ease up the restriction at higher RPM range, so better horsepower output can be achieved!


The SUPERCIRCUIT 'tuned-length' Header is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flanges for direct bolt-on application to the Perodua Gen3 Myvi's 2NR-VE 1.5L engine.

Peugeot 208 GTI Downpipe

 We has supplied and installed yet another Peugeot 208 GTI with the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop's installation bay.


On the right in the picture below, the factory stock Peugeot 208 GTI turbo downpipe with a huge catalytic converter vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe made of grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/ARgon welded on CNC machined flanges designed for direct swap with the factory stock one.


Pictured below, the Peugoet 208 GTI's 1.6L in-line 4-cylinder turbo-charged 'Prince Engine' with the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe installed. The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe (wrapped in thermal wraps, sold separately) is designed for direct bolt-on application, no cut or weld is required during the installation.


The CNC machined stainless steel flange on the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe ensures flawless fitment and durability. The thermal wraps (sold separately) is to minimize the heat from the exhaust being dissipated to the engine bay.



At the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe, it is just clamped onto the rest of the original cat-back exhaust system of the Peugeot 208 GTI, no cut or weld is required for installation.

Proton Satria Neo CPS Extractor

 


The picture below shows how the exhaust outlet looks like after the factory stock original extractor is removed from the CAMPRO CPS engine.


The SUPERCIRUCIT tuned-length headers vs. some aftermarket one.


Note the primary piping of the SUPERCIRUCIT headers are significantly longer and it is dyno proven that such length is effectively gains better horsepower and torque on the CPS CAMPRO engine.

The SUPERCIRCUIT tuned length extractor is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flanges also made with the same stainless steel material. So it is not only gain more performance, it is durable too!


SUPERCIRCUIT tuned-length extractor is installed to the Proton Satria Neo CPS's engine.


Also worth noting is the location of the O2 sensor for the SUPERCIRCUIT headers is relocated to allow better and more accurate exhaust reading from all exhaust ports.
