Porsche Cayman 2.7 (981) Headers Custom

When it comes to exhaust customization job in this part of the Peninsular, it is hard to miss out the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop for its top notched craftsmanship and quality materials used.

We have just custom fabricated a set of catless exhaust headers for the 3rd generation Porsche Cayman (981) 2.7L Flat-6 engine.




The SUPERCIRCUIT custom fabricated exhaust headers shown in the pictures below are made from grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and are fully TIG/Argon welded by the master craftsmen here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.

*due to time constrain, the flanges are made of mild steel, instead of laser cut stainless steel, this round.



These custom made exhaust headers are cat-less and built for direct bolt-on to the Porsche Cayman 2.7 flat-6 engine as shown in the pictures below.





The custom made SUPERCIRCUIT headers are designed and built for direct bolt-on to the Porsche Cayman 2.7 flat-6 engine and is fully compatible with the factory stock original cat-back exhaust system. No mod or cut is required during the installation and the original headers can be swapped back when necessary.

Ford Focus S+ 2.0L Duratec Headers

We have just supplied and installed yet another set of the SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Headers to the 3rd generation Ford Focus S+ 2.0L Duratec! 

Look no further if you are after any exhaust headers/ extractor in this part of the world, SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop has probably the largest collection of exhaust headers for those popular and not so common car models in the country. Even if it is not available off the shelves, we can also custom made one for you!


The factory stock original headers of the 2.0L Duratec engine of the 3rd generation Ford Focus, shown in the picture below, is located behind the engine near the firewall. 




The SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Tuned-length Headers is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on stainless steel flange for excellent durability and precised fitment. Compared to the factory stock original headers which as a huge catalytic converter, the SUPERCIRCUIT headers is catless and promote higher and unrestricted exhaust flow efficiency for better performance.

Porsche Macan Turbo 3.6 V6 Downpipes

Here at SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop, we strive our very best to bring you the best in performance, craftsmanship and up-to-date exhaust products. Featured here is the catless downpipe developed for the Porsche Macan turbo 3.6 V6.


The 3.6L V6 twin-turbo engine of the Porsche Macan Turbo.


In the picture below, the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipes in full stainless steel VS. the Porsche Macan Turbo 3.6 V6 factory stock original downpipes which come with a huge catalytic converter in each of them.


The picture below shows the locations of the turbo outlets after the factory stock original downpipes are removed.


At a closer look,of the RH turbo outlet of the Porsche Macan Turbo 3.6 V6 engine. Note the steering rack in front of the photo (in dark shadow) does not require to be removed during the installation of the downpipe.

Proton X70 Downpipe

SUPERCIRCUIT has developed a very complete range of turbo downpipes for European marques, Japan Domestic Models to the local national car models.

A good and efficient turbo downpipe will improve turbo spooling, hence will gain more horsepower, better torque and reducing turbo lag.

Here is the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe made for the Proton X70 1.8L turbo-charged engine (code 4G18TDB).


The factory stock original downpipe with a huge catalytic converter VS. the SUPERCIRUCIT free flow downpipe.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe is a lot less restrictive, promotes better exhaust flow, faster turbo spooling and hence lesser turbo lag and higher low-end torque can be achieved.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe made of grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for long lasting performance and durability.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is installed to the turbo outlet of the Proton X70's 1.8 L 4G18TDB engine. It is designed for direct bolt-on application, no mod or weld is required during the installation process.


At the other end of the downpipe, it is fully compatible with the factory stock original Proton X70 cat-back exhaust system, just plug 'n play!

Peugeot RCZ Downpipe

We have installed the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe to 1.6L 'PSA Prince' engines e.g. Mini Cooper S R56, Peugeot 308, Peugeot 3008, Peugeot 408 etc.


Here is yet another Downpipe installed to the (2009-2015) Peugeot RCZ which is also equipped with the 1.6L Turbo-charged 'PSA Prince' engine.


In the below picture, the factory stock Peugeot RCZ turbo downpipe vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT catless one on the right of the picture. The catless downpipe provides larger and less restrictive exhaust flow, it makes the turbo spool faster and hence better performance. It is also ideal for ECU tuning or remapping purposes.



The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is direct bolted onto the turbo outlet of the Peugeot RCZ (as shown in the pictures below). At the other end of the downpipe, it is clamped straight onto the original factory stock cat-back exhaust system, no further cut or weld is required during the installation.

Peugeot 408 Downpipe

We have installed the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe to many cars which are equipped with the 1.6L 'PSA Prince' engines e.g. Mini Cooper S R56, Peugeot 308, Peugeot 3008 etc.

Here is yet another Downpipe installed to the 1st gen. (2010-2014) Peugeot 408 with the 1.6L Turbo-charged 'PSA Prince' engine.



In the below picture, the factory stock Peugeot 408 turbo downpipe vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT catless one on the right of the picture. The catless downpipe provides larger and less restrictive exhaust flow, it makes the turbo spool faster and hence better performance. It is also ideal for ECU tuning or remapping purposes.




The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is designed for direct bolt-on application, no cut or mod is required during the installation.




The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is direct bolted onto the turbo outlet at the top and clamped onto the factory stock original cat-back exhaust system at the bottom with the original exhaust clamp (as shown in the pictures below). No further cut or weld is required during the installation.

VW Jetta 1.4TSI Downpipe

The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe shown below is made for the 6th generation (A6, Type 5C6; 2011–2019), for unrestricted exhaust flow and for your tuning purposes.


The factory stock original downpipe of the VW Jetta 1.4TSI is just under the engine cover and can be accessed conveniently.


The below picture shows how the turbo outlet of the 6th gen. VW Jetta (A6) 1.4TSI looks like after the factory stock downpipe is removed.


The VW Jetta Mk6/A6 1.4 TSI factory stock downpipe shown in the picture below comes with a huge catalytic converter VS. the SUPERCIRCUIT stainless steel catless downpipe.

Toyota HILUX VIGO 2.5D non-VNT Downpipe

SUPERCIRCUIT has the downpipe for the 7th generation Toyota Hilux/ Hilux Vigo 2.5D with either the VNT and non-VNT setup.
