BMW F10 528i (N20) Downpipe

The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe shown in this article is specially developed for the N20B20 turbo charged BMW F10 528i engine, to promote better exhaust flow efficiency, hence faster turbo spooling and better torque at lower end. Great for tuning or ecu remapping!

The factory stock downpipe, of the N20B20 engine of the BMW F10 528i shown below, will be replaced with the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe.


The BMW F10 528i stock original downpipe which has a huge catalytic converter vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe in stainless steel. The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flange for direct bolt-on application.


The below picture shows how the turbo outlet of the BMW F10 528i (N20B20 engine) looks like.


The factory stock original downpipe is secured to the turbo outlet via a metal exhaust clamp which can be removed fairly easily.


The SUPERCIRCUIT BMW F10 528i Downpipe is designed for direct bolt-on application. It is secured to the turbo outlet via the original exhaust clamp (shown above) and slot onto the original cat-back exhaust system (shown in the picture below), no mod or cut is required during the installation.

Mitsubishi Lancer GT 2.0 Exhaust Headers/ Extractor

We have supplied and installed the SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Headers to the Mitsubishi Lancer GT 2.0 (4B11 engine) at our installation bays today.


This tuned-length extractor is specially developed for the Mitsubishi Lancer GT (CJ series in Australia). It is dyno tested and proven to improve the performance and output of the 2.0L 4B11 engines.

Compared with the factory stock original headers, the primary pipes with the extra length on the SUPERCIRCUIT Headers helps to gain better torque at the lower RPM range and the larger pipes ease up the restriction at higher RPM, so smoother power band can be recorded.


The SUPERCIRCUIT 'tuned-length' Headers is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flanges for direct bolt-on application on the 4B11 2.0L engine.

The factory stock original exhaust headers on the Mitsubishi Lancer GT can be found behind the 4B11 engine as indicated in the picture below.


The tuned-length SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Headers made for Mitsubishi Lancer GT 2.0 (4B11 engine) is designed for direct bolt-on application and it also come with heat shield brackets that allow one to reinstall the original heat sheild back in place (minor adjustment & modification on the heat sheild is required) as shown in the picture below.

The other end of this tuned-length SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Headers is bolted onto the factory stock exhaust system straight, no cut or weld is required during the installation process.

Subaru WRX STI (VA) Downpipe

The below SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe is supplied and installed to the Subaru WRX STI (VA) feature below, for a lot better exhaust flow efficiency and hence improved engine performance.


The WRX STI retains the EJ engine from the previous generation STI (2.0L EJ207 for Japanese models, 2.5L EJ257 for international models), with dual AVCS.

The downpipe is located at the left side of the engine bay as indicated in the picture below.


Shown in the below picture, the Subaru WRX STI (VA) factory stock original downpipe with two huge catalytic converters VS. the SUPERCIRCUIT free flow downpipe in full stainless steel.

The flange of the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is made from CNC machined stainless steel and then fully TIG/Argon welded for direct bolt-on application to the Subaru WRX STI (VA).

The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is designed for direct bolt-on to the turbo outlet as shown in the picture here. No mod or cut is required during the installation.



At the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe, it is bolted onto the Subaru WRX STI (VA) factory stock cat-back via the original conical gasket and spring bolts as shown in the pictures below, no further modification is required during the whole installation processes.

Toyota Yaris Exhaust Headers/ Extractor

SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Exhaust Headers/ Extractor is developed to minimize restriction and to enhance the exhaust flow efficiency of the Toyota Yaris (NSP151) 1.5 2NZ-FE Dual VVTi engine, hence higher performance and output!


The below picture shows how the exhaust ports of the 2NR-FE 1.5 L Dual VVT-i engine on the Toyota Yaris NSP151 looks like after the exhaust headers are removed from it.

Mini Countryman S (R60) Downpipe

We have supplied and installed yet another 1st gen. Mini Countryman S (R60) with the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.


The Mini Countryman S (R60) comes with the outgoing Prince turbo 1.6L engine as shown in the picture below. The factory stock original downpipe can be removed fairly easily under the bonnet. 


Stock vs. SUPERCIRCUIT. The SUPERCIRCUIT cat-less Downpipe provides high efficiency and less restrictive exhaust flow, it makes the turbo spool faster and hence better performance. It is also good for ECU tuning or ECU remapping purposes!


The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is designed and made for direct bolt-on application, all the O2 sensors will be plugged back in place accordingly.



At the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe, it is clamped onto the factory stock original cat-back exhaust system straight, no mod or cut is required during the installation.
