Volvo V40 T5 Downpipe

SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop has probably has the largest collection of turbo downpipes in the country.

Here is one Volvo V40 T5 (P1), with the B5254T12 inline 5-cylinder turbo charged engine, installed the SUPERCIRCUIT made catless downpipe for better low-end torque, improved turbo response and less turbo lag.




Below is how the turbo outlet looks like on the Volvo V40 T5 after the factory stock downpipe is removed. 



The  SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe is made with larger bore mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flanges for precised fitment and durability.



The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is bolted onto the turbo outlet straight and at the other end, it is compatible with the factory stock catback exhaust system. No mod or weld is required during the installation.

Peugeot 5008 Downpipe

Yet another SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe installed to the outgoing 'Prince' 1.6L turbo engine. This time, it is installed to the 1st generation Peugeot 5008 (model year 2009-2016 with THP156 engine). 



In the picture below, the SUPERCIRCIT catless downpipe vs. the factory stock downpipe with a huge catalytic converter on the Peugeot 5008 THP156 engine. The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is completely made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges.


The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe is installed to the 1st generation Peugeot 5008 THP156 (SEE BELOW). This downpipe is designed for direct bolt-on application.


The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe made for the Peugeot 5008 THP156 is bolted onto the turbo outlet and the pre-cat O2 sensor is in place, as shown in the picture below. 



The the other end of the downpipe, it is clamped to the rest of the cat-back exhaust system of the Peugeot 5008 with the original exhaust clamp.



This catless downpipe promotes better exhaust flow, hence faster turbo spooling and higher torque and horsepower can be achieved. It is ideal for ecu remapping/ tuning needs.

Mini Cooper S (R56) Downpipe

SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop has probably the largest collection of turbo downpipes and exhaust headers in the country.

This is the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe we installed to the 2nd generation Mini Cooper S (R56) here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.



This is the outgoing 1.6L turbo charged 'Prince' engine of the Mini Cooper S (R56). The factory stock downpipe is just under the heat shield right behind the radiator.



Below picture is how it looks like from under the engine after the factory stock downpipe is removed from the turbo outlet.

At the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe, it is connected to the rest of the Mini Cooper S (R56) factory stock exhaust system via an original exhaust clamp. This downpipe is fully compatible with the Mini Cooper S (R56) factory stock exhaust system, no mod is required during the installation.

Mercedes Benz A250 (W176) Downpipe

SUPERCIRCUIT has developed a very complete range of turbo downpipes for European marques, Japan Domestic Models to the local national car models.

A good and efficient turbo downpipe will improve turbo spooling, hence will gain more horsepower, better torque and reducing turbo lag.

Mercedes-AMG A45 Downpipe

Here is one high performance turbo engine that was installed with the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe - the Mercedes-AMG A45.


The manufacturer claims that the A45 is the the most powerful series-produced 4-cylinder passenger car engine in the world with the twin-scrolled turbo engine (code named M133 20 DE AL) which is capable of 381hp and 475Nm of torque.


The factory stock downpipe is removed from the M133 engine on the AMG A45 (SEE BELOW).

Mercedes Benz C250 CGI (W204) Turbo Downpipe

SUPERCIRCUIT has a large selection of exhaust headers and downpipes ranging from the European marques to JDM models, or even the local national car models.

Here is the Mercedes Benz C250 (W204) we installed with the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe.



The heart of the Mercedes Benz C250 CGI (W204) is the code name M271 DE18LA 1796cc turbo charged petrol engine shown below.
