Honda Civic 2.0 (FD) Exhaust Headers

The tuned-length SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Exhaust Header/ Extractor shown below is designed specially for the Honda Civic 2.0 (FD) with longer primary pipes and secondary pipes that help to create better low-end torque and smoother exhaust flow for extra horsepower!


The factory stock exhauste headers of the Honda Civic FD's K20 engine can be found at the back of the engine bay, just in front of the firewall as indicated in the picture below.


The below picture shows how the exhaust ports of the Honda Civic (FD)'s K20 engine look like, after the factory stock original exhaust headers are removed. Note the stock original metal gasket shown in the picture will be reused during the installation of the SUPERCIRCUIT headers.


Comparing both the headers, the SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Exhaust Headers made for the Honda Civic 2.0 (FD) has larger bore tuned length primary pipes and secondary pipes that help to create better low-end torque and smoother exhaust flow for extra horsepower!

Further more, it is made of 304 stainless steel CNC mandrel bent pipes, matched with stainless steel flanges and hand TIG/Argon welded for long lasting performance and top notched craftsmanship.


The SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Sport Exhaust Header is bolt-on to the Honda Civic (FD)'s K20 engine as shown in the picture below.


Designed for direct bolt-on application, the SUPERCIRCUIT tuned length exhaust headers is bolted onto the K20 exhaust outlets at the top and 100% compatible with the Honda Civic 2.0 (FD) factory stock original cat-back exhaust system at the other end as shown in the picture below. No mod or weld is required during the installation process.


SUPERCIRCUIT headers made of 304 stainless steel CNC mandrel bent piping, matched with stainless steel flanges and hand TIG/Argon welded with top notched craftsmanship.
