Mazda RX-8 Exhaust Headers

Featured here is the SUPERCIRCUIT Headers, fully hand welded and installed to the Mazda RX-8 'RENESIS' Wankel rotary engine below.


In the below picture, the SUPERCIRCUIT headers made for the Mazda RX-8's 'RENESIS' engine in full stainless steel vs. the factory original headers.


The exhaust outlet ports on the Mazda RX-8 3B-MSP (Multi-Side Port) rotary engine.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Header is installed.

This header is fully made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and is fully TIG/Argon welded for direct bolt-on application to the Mazda RX-8 'RENESIS' Wankel engine.


At the other end, it is fully compatible with the Mazda RX-8 factory stock original exhaust system. No mod is required during the installation, just direct bolt-on.

Toyota 86 EL Headers

Here is yet another Toyota 86 installed the SUPERCIRCUIT EL (Equal Length) Headers at our installation bays. Thank you for the trust and support!


The Toyota 86 factory stock original headers vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT EL headers + S-pipe Kit. The SUPERCIRCUIT EL Headers is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for long lasting performance and durability.

It comes with an over sized S-pipe too!


The SUPERCIRCUIT Equal Length headers a.k.a. EL Headers is designed with the concept of having all the primary pipes to travel as equal distance as possible from all exhaust ports to the collector, studies shown the EL headers perform better at mid RPM in general and helps on the 'torque dip'!


The SUPERCIRCUIT EL Headers Kit is designed for direct bolt-on application and is fully compatible with the Toyota 86 original undercarriage covers. No mod or cut is required during the installation process.

Toyota 86 UEL Headers

We have supplied and installed yet another Toyota 86 with the SUPERCIRCUIT UEL  (Unequal Length) Headers here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop's installation bays.


In the picture below, the SUPERCIRCUIT UEL headers + S-pipe Kit vs. the factory stock original headers and s-pipe (covered in heatshields).  SUPERCIRCUIT UEL Headers is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for long lasting performance and durability.


The SUPERCIRCUIT unequal length headers a.k.a. UEL Headers is designed with the two primary pipes from one side of the boxer engine, traveled at different distances to the collector as compared to the other two primary pipes from another side of the engine; causing the exhaust to create the iconic Subaru rumble!


The SUPERCIRCUIT Toyota 86 UEL Headers comes with the S-pipe (shown in the picture below) as a combo. Both are made fully from grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for direct bolt-on application.


This UEL Headers + S-pipe Kit is designed for direct bolt-on application and is fully compatible with the Toyota 86 original undercarriage covers.



All original undercarriage covers are back in place after the SUPERCIRCUIT UEL Headers is installed.

Honda City GM6 Hybrid Headers

Here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop, we strive our very best to bring you the up-to-date product range and here is our newly developed exhaust headers made for the 6th generation Honda City (GM6) Hybrid, to improve the exhaust flow efficiency for better torque and horsepower!



In the picture below, the factory stock original Honda City (GM6) Hybrid headers with a huge catalytic converter (LEFT) vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT catless headers made of full stainless steel (RIGHT).



Below are the details of each flanges on the SUPERCIRCUIT Headers:


The SUPERCIRCUIT Headers come with CNC machined stainless steel EGR flange.



The bottom flange of the SUPERCIRCUIT Headers is CNC machined from stainless steel block and it is compatible with the original 'conical gasket' (aka donut gasket) for direct bolt-on application.




The stainless steel top flange is to be tightened onto the exhaust outlet of the Honda City Hybrid 1.5L LEB (i-VTEC + Honda H1 Electric Motor) engine shown in the picture further below.






The direct bolt-on SUPERCIRCUIT Headers made for 6th generation Honda City Hybrid (GM6) is installed to the LEB (i-VTEC + Honda H1 Electric Motor) engine.

It is fully compatible with the original EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) pipe and factory stock cat-back exhaust system.

Honda Civic FC 1.5T Downpipe

We have supplied and installed yet another 10th gen. Honda Civic FC 1.5 VTEC Turbo shown in the picture below with the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe, for better exhaust flow and higher engine output!


The Honda Civic FC 1.5T factory original downpipe vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT full stainless steel downpipe as shown in the picture below.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is catless, so it is a lot less restrictive and promotes better exhaust flow efficiency for higher horsepower and torque!


Beside that, the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is fully made of grade 304 stainless steel for long lasting performance and durability too! 

The turbo outlet flange on the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is made from CNC machined stainless steel material for flawless fitment and durability.


At the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe, the flange that connects the downpipe to the rest of the exhaust system, is also made from CNC machined stainless steel material for flawless fitment and durability.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe fits nicely to the turbo outlet of the Honda Civic FC 1.5T and it is also compatible with the original heat shield.


The pointer shows where the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is after the original heat shield and intake pipe is reinstalled back in position as original!

Mercedes Benz C350e (W205) custom cat-back exhaust with valvetronic

When it comes to custom made exhaust system, SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop is definitely one of the top choices if you are at this part of the Peninsular.


Featured here is yet another valvetronic exhaust system that we customized and installed to the Mercedes Benz C350e (W205) below.




This cat-back exhaust system is fully hand built by the master craftsmen here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and fully TIG/Argon welded.




This Mercedes Benz C350e (W205) one-off custom made catback exhaust system also features the "mid-canister" setup as shown in the picture below.

The purpose of the mid-canister setup is to dampen the resonance sound and also retains back-pressure for better low-end torque.





The twin muffler with exhaust valve incorporated can be controlled with a remote control at the convenience of the driver.




The above is an one-off exhaust customization job and the car has to be at our factory for such kind of exhaust custom mod.

BMW F30 316i (B38) Downpipe

SUPERCIRCUIT has developed and produced the catless downpipe for the BMW B38 inline 3-cylinder engine which is installed to the BMW F20 118i earlier and to the BMW F30 316i below.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is designed for direct bolt-on application. At the top, it is fastened to the turbo outlet of the B38 engine with the original exhaust clamp as shown in the picture below.



At the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe, there is a slip-joint connects it to the rest of the BMW F30 316i factory stock original cat-back exhaust system, no cut or mod is required during the installation.



The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is designed for direct bolt-on application and is fully compatible with the factory stock original exhaust system. No cut or mod is required during installation.

BMW F20 118i (B38) Downpipe

SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe supplied and installed to the BMW F20 118i with the B38 engine, for better and efficient exhaust flow efficiency hence higher torque and horsepower can be achieved via tuning/ecu remapping.


Firstly, the factory stock original BMW F20 118i downpipe has to be removed from the B38 engine as shown in the picture below.


The picture below shows how the factory stock original BMW F20 118i (B38) downpipe, with huge catalytic converter. Side by side to it, is the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe made of stainless steel.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is designed for direct bolt-on application to the BMW F20 118i B38 inline 3-cylinder turbo charged engine.

At the front, the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is fastened to the turbo outlet of the B38 engine with the original exhaust clamp as shown in the picture below.



At the other end, the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is connected to the rest of the factory stock original cat-back exhaust system via the original slip-joint. No cut or mod is required during installation.
