Mitsubishi Lancer/ Lancer Sportback 2.4L Headers

This is the SUPERCIRCUIT headers made for the Mitsubishi Lancer/ Lancer Sportback 2.4L (4B12 engine).

We have, yet again, dyno-ed and proven, that the SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Headers worth every cent of investment if you are going to mod your car and want to squeeze more horsepower out of the Mitsubishi's 4B12 mill.

It is weight saving too!

The SUPERCIRCUIT Headers is compatible with the factory stock heat shield, so the original heat shield can be installed back in position.

The power and torque gains from the SUPERCIRCUIT Headers are significant on the 4B12 2.4L engine. The below dyno graph shows the horsepower gained (in orange) and the torque gained (in yellow) between the factory stock headers and the SUPERCIRCUIT headers of the Lancer Sportback 2.4L.

Mini Cooper S R53 Extractor, again!

Again, the SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 stainless steel exhaust headers/ extractor made for the first new generation Mini Cooper S (R53) under the BMW with the 1.6L Tritec supercharged engine is installed and tested on many Mini Cooper S (R56) and is proven to be able to provide better low end torque and gain significantly at the high end horsepower.

Porsche Cayenne 3.2 Axle-back Exhaust System

We have custom made a few axle-back exhaust system for the huge SUV lately, here is one that we have custom built for the Porsche Cayenne 3.2L with Magnum conversion.

This custom built axle-back exhaust system is made according to the customer's wish and it gives sportier exhaust note over the factory stock exhaust.


The axle-back exhaust system starts after the rear axle of the Porsche Cayenne, so we have to cut off the original exhaust system to fit.



The stainless steel rear muffler is specially made to take up the high horsepower of the Porsche Cayenne.


This one off custom-built Porsche Cayenne 3.2L axle-back exhaust system to match with the MAGNUM bodykit is made with grade 304 stainless steel, true CNC mandrel bent and full TIG/Argon welded, then coated in matte black finishing. All are hand crafted by the master welders here at SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop.

Jeep Wrangler JK Axle-back Exhaust System

We have custom made a few axle-back exhaust system for the huge SUV lately, here is one that we have custom built for the Jeep Wrangler JK with 3.6L V6 engine.

This custom built axle-back exhaust system is made according to the customer's wish and it gives sportier exhaust note over the factory stock exhaust.





This one off custom-built Jeep Wrangle axle-back exhaust system is made with grade 304 stainless steel, true CNC mandrel bent and full TIG/Argon welded and matched with four pieces of tailpipe, then coated in matte black finishing. All are hand crafted by the master welders here at SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop.

Ford Fiesta 1.0 Ecoboost Downpipe

SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe specially made for the 6th generation Ford Fiesta 1.0 Ecoboost turbo engine is installed and tested on the car below.

This is how it looks like after the factory stock downpipe is removed.

The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe made of the Ford Fiesta 1.0 Ecoboost engine will bolt onto the this turbo outlet shown below.

The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe and the factory stock downpipe with a big catalytic converter.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is compatible with the original heat shield. 

It is also compatible with the factory stock catback exhaust system, no weld or cut is required during the installation. Just plug 'n play.

Ford Fiesta 1.6 Exhaust Headers

SUPERCIRCUIT 4-1 Headers/ Extractor is specially developed for the 6th generation Ford Fiesta with the 1.6L Sigma NA engine.

The installation is just straight bolt-on, as shown in the photos below.

The catless SUPERCIRCUIT 4-1 extractor compared with the Ford Fiesta 1.6 factory stock header with catalytic converter. 


All SUPERCIRCUIT Headers/ Extractor for the 6th generation Ford Fiesta 1.6 is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and TIG/ Argon welded.


The O2 sensor defouler pre-built to the SUPERCIRCUIT extractor. No CEL issue here. 

The SUPERCIRCUIT extractor is designed to be able to straight bolt-on and compatible with the factory stock exhaust system. No cut or weld is required.
