Mini Cooper S (F56) Downpipe

SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe made for the 3rd generation BMW Mini Cooper S (F56) is designed for better exhaust flow efficiency and faster turbo spooling, for your tuning and ecu remapping needs.


The 3rd generation Mini Cooper S (F56) utilizes the 2.0L turbo charged engine from BMW (code name B48) as shown in the picture below.  


Albeit the similar B48 engine, the downpipe on the Mini Cooper S (F56) shares no similarity with the B48 downpipe found on the BMW F30 330e or BMW G30 530i which is also power by the same B48 power plant. 


The SUPERCIRCUIT Mini Cooper S (F56) Catless Downpipe shown in the picture above is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on stainless steel CNC machined turbo flange.

It is designed for direct bolt-on application and is secured to the Mini Cooper S turbo outlet of the B48 engine via the factory stock exhaust clamp (see below pictures). 





At the bottom end of the SUPERCIRUCIT Downpipe, it is connected to the Mini Cooper S (F56) stock original catback exhaust system via a slip-joint and secured with the stock original clamps. Just plug 'n play, no mod or weld is required during the installation.



This catless downpipe is a lot less restriction and promotes better exhaust flow for faster turbo spooling and lesser turbo lag, is ideal for ecu tuning or remapping needs. Mini Cooper S (R56) Downpipe

The 2nd generation Mini Cooper S (R56), introduced by BMW back in 2006, comes with the 1.6L turbo charged 'Prince engine' as shown in the picture below.

BMW F10 528i (N20) Downpipe

Yet another BMW F10 528i (N20B20 engine) installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe.


On this BMW F10 528i is the inline 4-cylinder turbo charged engine (code name N20B20). The pointer shows where the turbo downpipe is in the pictures below. 



The BMW F10 528i downpipe can be removed fairly easily by loosen the exhaust clamp at the turbo outlet and a slip-joint clamp at the bottom.

Picture below is the BMW F10 528i stock original downpipe which has a huge catalytic converter vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe in stainless steel.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for direct bolt-on application.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe can be clamped onto the turbo outlet of the BMW F10 528i's N20B20 turbo outlet straight and at the bottom, it is a slip-joint that connects back to the original catback exhaust system (see pictures below).

BMW F20 118i (N13) Downpipe

Not exaggerating, SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop has probably the largest collection of BMW turbo downpipes in the region, from the entry model like the F20 1-series to the performance model like the F82 M4.

Featured here is the SUPERICRCUIT Catless Downpipe made for the BMW F20 118i with the code name N13 turbo charged 1.6L engine.


The turbo donwnpipe is located underneath the heat shield (white pointer) of the BMW N13 engine shown in the picture below.


The factory stock down pipe can be accessed easily and removed by loosen the original exhaust clamp at the turbo outlet as shown in the pictures below.

Mercedes Benz C250 (W205) Donwpipe
