Mercedes-AMG CLA45 Downpipe

When it comes to turbo downpipe collections, one has to pay us a visit to the SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop for its large range of turbo downpipes on display, from the European marques to JDM models, from locally produced national cars to high performance imports.

Here is one high performance turbo engine that was installed with the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe - the Mercedes-AMG CLA45.



This is the Edition 1 Mercedes-AMG CLA45 twin-scrolled turbo engine (code named M133 20 DE AL) with the factory stock downpipe removed from the turbo outlet in the pictures below.



The Mercedes-AMG CLA45 factory stock downpipe vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe. The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe is made with larger bore grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flanges for perfect fitment and long lasting performance.


The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe installed to the turbo outlet of the Mercedes-AMG CLA45 M133 engine (see below pictures).


The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is installed to the Mercedes-AMG CLA45 turbo via the clamp original supplied by the manufacturer (SEE BELOW).


At the other end of the downpipe, it is designed for direct bolt-on and is fully compatible with the rest of the exhaust system of the Mercedes-AMG CLA45.



This catless downpipe promotes better exhaust flow and is ideal for ecu remapping/ tuning needs.

BMW F30 320i (B48) Downpipe

SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop has probably the largest collection of turbo downpipes for the BMW marques from the high performance M to the diesel engines. Here is one installed to the BMW F30 320i with the B48 engine. 



This is the BMW B48B20A turbocharged straight-4 petrol engine (Picture below) which replaces the earlier version of the BMW F30 N20 engine.


This is how the turbo outlet of the BMW B48 engine looks like after the factory stock turbo is removed.


The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe vs. the BMW F30 320i (B48) factory stock downpipe (Below Pictures). The factory stock downpipe comes with a huge catalytic converter chamber which is very restrictive to the exhaust flow.



The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is designed for direct fit-on to the BMW F30 320i B48 turbo oulet via the original exhaust clamp as shown in the pictures below.



At the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe, it is a slip-on joint which is also compatible with the factory stock BMW F30 320i (B48) catback exhaust system. No cut or weld is required during the installation process.




The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flange which is also made with the same grade of material.

The catless downpipe is a lot less restrictive, promotes better exhaust flow hence better torque and horsepower can be achieved. It is also ideal for ecu tuning or remapping needs.

Mini Cooper S Clubman F54 Downpipe

Here at the SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop, we strive to provide exhaust products with high quality materials and top notched workmanship. We have probably the largest collection of turbo downpipes and exhaust headers/ extractors in the country, ranging from JDM to European Marques, from 4x4 to high performance models.


Here is the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe developed and installed to the 2nd generation Mini Cooper S Clubman (F54) with 2.0L turbo-charged engine:



The is the 2.0L turbo charged engine found on the 2nd generation Mini Cooper S Clubman (F54). 


There are too many components to remove in order to access to the factory stock downpipe, but, having done so many times, we managed to get it done without fuss. 


In the below picture, the Mini Cooper S Clubman stock standard downpipe with a huge catalytic converter vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe.


The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and are fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flanges by the master craftsmen here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.


The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is designed for direct fit-on to the turbo outlet and is fully compatible with the rest of the Mini Cooper S Clubman F54 exhaust system.



At the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT Mini Cooper S Clubman downpipe, it is connected to the factory stock catback exhaust system via the original exhaust clamp as shown in the picture below.

BMW F82 M4 Downpipes

SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop has probably the largest collection of turbo downpipes and exhaust headers/ extractors in the country. We strive to provide high quality materials and top notched workmanship exhaust products for all kind of cars from JDM to European Marques, from 4x4 to high performance models, just like the BMW M4 shown here:



This is the 3.0L S55B30T0 twin turbo inline 6-cylinder mill on the BMW F82 M4. This twin mono-scrolled turbo engine on the BMW F82 M4 is churning out 425 hp and 550Nm of torque as claimed by the manufacturer. 



SUPERCIRCUIT has developed the catless downpipes kit and installed to the BMW F82 M4 twin turbo above. Here is the comparison of the factory stock downpipes and the catless ones. 


The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipes are made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and are fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flanges which are also made from the same grade of stainless steel. 


The below pictures show where the two turbo outlets are, on the BMW F82 M4 S55B30T0 3.0L mill, after the factory stock downpipes are removed from them.


Below are the closeup of the outlets. One of the turbo outlets are sitting high above the other.



The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipes are designed for direct bolt-on, no cut or weld is required for installation. At the top, it is clamped onto the BMW M4 turbo outlets by the original exhaust clamp (see below pictures).



At the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipes, they are bolted onto the rest of the BMW F82 M4 exhaust system as show in the pictures below.



The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipes made for the BMW F82 M4 is designed for straight bolt-on and is compatible with the factory stock catback exhaust system or other direct bolt-on catback exhaust system e.g. the Akrapovic catback exhaust system installed to the BMW M4 below.

Peugeot 508 THP Downpipe

Here at the SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop, we have the catless downpipe made for the Peugeot 508 THP and installed at our installation bays. Below are the photos.



This is the 1.6L twin scroll Turbo High Pressure (THP) engine on the Peugeot 508. The turbo downpipe is just under the heat shield in the picture below.
