BMW F30 320i (N20) Downpipe + Cat-back Exhaust Customization

We have supplied and installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe to yet another BMW N20 engine, the BMW F30 320i to be exact.


The BMW F30 320i (N20) factory stock original downpipe vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT free flow catless downpipe.


The SUPERCIRCUIT BMW F30 320i downpipe is made of grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and is designed for direct bolt-on application. At the top, it's CNC machined stainless steel flange clamped onto the N20B20's turbo outlet via the factory original metal clamp as shown in the picture below.


At the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe, it is connected to the rest of the BMW F30 320i catback exhaust system via a slip-joint as shown below. So the whole installation is just fully bolt-on, no cut or weld is required.



While the catless downpipe frees up the restriction and bring more performance to your car, the rest of the exhaust system has to match and go with the look and sound too!

Subaru XV UEL Headers

We have supplied and installed yet another set of UEL Headers to the 1st gen. Subaru XV (a.k.a. Subaru XV1) shown below, for a clearer and unique Subaru boxer engine rumble, as well as higher torque and horsepower over the factory stock original.


The SUPERCIRCUIT unequal length headers a.k.a. UEL Headers is designed with the two primary pipes from one side of the boxer engine, traveled at different distances to the collector as compared to the other two primary pipes from another side of the engine; causing the exhaust to create the iconic Subaru rumble!


Subaru XV1 factory stock headers vs. SUPERCIRCUIT. The SUPERCIRCUIT UEL Exhaust Header is fabricated with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for direct bolt-on application to the 1st gen. Subaru XV/ Crosstrek.


The SUPERCIRCUIT UEL Headers made for the 1st generation Subaru XV is installed to the FB20B boxer engine. Just a direct swap with the factory stock header, no further mod is required during the installation.

Subaru XV EL Headers

We have supplied and installed the SUPERCIRCUIT EL Headers to yet another 1st gen. Subaru XV here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.

In the pictures below, the Subaru XV/ Crosstrek exhaust header vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT catless header. The SUPERCIRCUIT header is made with grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bent pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for long lasting performance and optimized exhaust flow efficiency.



The SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Headers is made for straight bolt-on to the FB20 engine and is fully compatible with the rest of the Subaru XV cat-back exhaust system as shown in the pictures below. No further modification is required during the installation.

Isuzu D-max 2.5D VGS Downpipe

SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe made for 2nd gen. Isuzu D-max 2.5D VGS (RT50), for an unrestricted exhaust flow and faster turbo spooling, hence higher horsepower and torque can be achieved!


The 2.5L diesel engine (code name 4JK1-TCX) which comes with direct injection electronic common rail and a VGS (Variable Geometry System) turbocharger.

The downpipe is located behind the engine, as marked in the picture below, and can be accessed fairly easily.


The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is fabricated with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes for smooth and efficient exhaust flow, then fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for direct bolt-on application.

VW Golf Mk7 1.4TSI Downpipe

The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe designed for the VW Golf 7 1.4TSI is meant to allow better exhaust flow efficiency, faster turbo spooling for better low-end torque and lesser turbo lag.


The SUPERCIRCUIT VW Golf Mk7 1.4TSI Downpipe is made with grade 304 stainless steel CNC mandrel bent pipes and fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flange. It is designed for direct swap with the factory stock original downpipe, no cut and welding is required.


The picture below shows the turbo outlet of the VW Golf Mk7 1.4TSI engine after the original downpipe is removed. 


The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is designed for direct swap. The CNC machined stainless steel flange is fully compatible with the turbo outlet of the Golf Mk7 1.4TSI engine, just fasten it with the original exhaust clamp, no mod is required during the installation.

BMW Z4 E89 Donwpipe

We have supplied and installed yet another set of SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe to the second generation BMW E89 Z4.


This BMW E89 Z4 is equipped with the sDrive20i N20B20 engine and we have developed the downpipe for it. 


The SUPERCIRCUIT BMW E89 Z4 Catless Downpipe is made of grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bent pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for direct bolt-on application as shown in the pictures below.


At the front, the CNC machined flange of the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe fits perfectly to the turbo outlet of the BMW E89 Z4's N20B20 engine. 



At the rear of the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe, it is connected to the BMW E89 Z4's factory stock original cat-back exhaust system via the slot-joint and secured with the original exhaust clamp.



The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe made for the BMW E89 Z4 sDrive20i (N20B20 engine) is fully compatible with the factory original cat-back exhaust system as shown in the picture below, no mod or cut is required during the installation.


The catless downpipe is ideal for ecu remapping and tuning needs, it allows the exhaust gas to flow freely and less restrictive, hence faster turbo spooling and lesser turbo lag.
