Volkswagen Jetta (mk6) 1.4TSI Catback Exhaust Custom

Suzuki Swift 1.5 (ZC21S) Extractor & Catback Exhaust Custom

Here is the 2nd generation Suzuki Swift 1.5 (ZC21S) with the ready made SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Headers and custom made catback exhaust sytem by the master craftsmen here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.



The SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Headers/ Extractor made for the 2nd gen. Suzuki Swift 1.5 (ZC21S) vs. the factory stock original one.


The SUPERCIRCUIT headers are made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and are fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flanges to ensure flawless fitment and optimum performance.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Suzuki Swift 1.5 (ZC21S) 4-2-1 Headers/ Extractor is designed for direct bolt-on application and it is available off-the-shelves here at the showroom.



The Suzuki Swift 1.5 (ZC21S) custom made catback exhaust system is also made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and fully TIG/Argon welded with top notched craftsmanship.


The extra canister at the rear muffler gives bassy exhaust note and unique exhaust sound at higher end, and minimize droning while cruising.

Subaru BRZ Un-equal Length (UEL) Headers

We have received so many requests about the Un-equal Length (UEL) Headers for the Subaru BRZ/ Toyota GT86, so we decided to go for it and share the images of the initial production version of the UEL Headers here.



The Subaru BRZ factory stock original headers vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT UEL headers.


The SUPERCIRCUIT UEL Headers developed for the Subaru BRZ/ Toyota 86 is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for long lasting performance and durability.



The above unequal length (UEL) Headers is catless and gives out clearer boxer sound, compared to the equal length one, on the Subaru BRZ/ Toyota 86.

Perodua Bezza Catback Exhaust Custom

When it comes to exhaust customization job in this part of the Peninsular, it is hard to miss out the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop for its top notched craftsmanship and quality materials used.


Here is the Perodua Bezza with the SuperCircuit's custom made catback exhaust system.



The Perodua Bezza factory stock original catback exhaust system vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT custom made system which is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and is fully TIG/Argon welded for optimum performance and bassy exhaust note.



The SUPERCIRCUIT custom made catback exhaust system is made with O/D 1.6" mandrel bent stainless steel pipe which promotes metter exhaust flow and is a lot less restrictive compared to the factory stock original.

As shown in the picture below, the front section of the original Perodua Bezza comes with a secondary catalytic converter and the SUPERCIRCUIT one doesn't.



The comparison between the original middle section of the Perodua Bezza exhaust system and the SUPERCIRCUIT one. The SUPERCIRCUIT one has the mid resonator removed, but retained the rear muffler.



Since the mid resonator is removed, in order to maintain the back pressure and produce nice bassy note, we add a straight flow muffler to the end instead (as shown in the pictures below).





The above cat-back exhaust setup is custom made to replace the stock original Perodua Bezza exhaust and is fully done here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop's installation bays with full grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and fully TIG/Argon welded.

R&D of the 3rd generation Perodua Myvi 1.5 AT Exhaust System + DYNO

Here at SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop, we strive our very best to bring our customers the best in performance, craftsmanship and up-to-date products. Featured here is the latest extractor and catback exhaust system developed for the 3rd generation Perodua Myvi 1.5.


In the picture below is the prototype 4-2-1 extractor made of stainless steel vs. the factory stock original extractor of the latest 2018 Perodua Myvi 1.5. The extractor formation (4-2-1 or 4-1), the length and the size of the primary pipes determine the performance.


Along side the extractor, we also developed the full exhaust system for the new 3rd generation Perodua Myvi at the same time. Here is the factor stock original catback exhaust system vs. the stainless steel one from SUPERCIRCUIT.


Both the extractor and catback exhaust system is designed for direct bolt-on application. It is compatible with each other and can be installed separately depending on the requirement. We want the to be able to bolt-on directxly, no cut or weld is required during the whole installation process.



Besides the installation issues mentioned above, the most important goal during the R&D stage is the performance. We brought the new Perodua Myvi 1.5 AT for many dyno runs after each extractor design is made, in search for optimum output between torque and horsepower, balance between performance and fuel consumption. 



We eventually settled with the 4-2-1 designed which gives the below output on the dyno machine.

Honda HR-V/ Honda Vezel Exhaust Headers/ Extractor

Yet another Honda HR-V (also called Honda Vezel) installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Extractor/ Headers for higher exhaust flow efficiency and hence better engine output and higher low end torque.


The factory stock original exhaust header is removed from the Honda HR-V's R18Z9 enigne and the exhaust outlet pot is unveiled.




In the pictures below, the Honda HR-V/ Vezel's factory stock original exhaust header/ extractor vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT one made from grade 304 stainless steel and it is catless!




The SUPERCIRCUIT extractor/ headers is specially created for the Honda HR-V, installation is just straight bolt-on. No weld and cut is required, all sensors are plugged back in position.


The SUPERCIRCUIT headers are made of 304 stainless steel CNC mandrel bent piping, matched with stainless steel flanges and hand TIG/Argon welded with top notched craftsmanship.

Perodua Myvi Gen3 Extractor

SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop has developed the exhaust headers for the 3rd generation Perodua Myvi for better engine performance and output.


This generation of Perodua Myvi 1.5L is powered by the new 2NR-VE Dual VVT-i engine as shown in the picture below.


This is how the exhaust outlets looks like, after the factory stock extractor is removed from the 2NR-VE Dual VVT-i engine.


The SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 extractor is specially developed for the 3rd generatoin Perodua Myvi which has been undergone numerous dyno testing and the performance is ensured.
