The TOYOTA 86 factory stock original headers VS. the free flow SUPERCIRCUIT equal-length headers which is completely made of grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flanges.

The flanges of the SUPERCIRCUIT Headers are fully made of grade 304 CNC machined stainless steel for direct bolt-on application and long lasting performance.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Toyota 86 Headers is then wrapped with thermal wraps for better heat insulation.

Toyota 86 EL Headers

Just in case you haven't seen the SUPERCIRCUIT UEL (Un-Equal Length) Headers made for the TOYOTA 86 we did earlier. Here is a different setup with different output, the SUPERCIRCUIT EL (Equal Length) Headers, installed to the TOYOTA 86.

The TOYOTA 86 factory stock original headers VS. the free flow SUPERCIRCUIT equal-length headers which is completely made of grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flanges.

Subaru BRZ Un-equal Length (UEL) Headers

We have received so many requests about the Un-equal Length (UEL) Headers for the Subaru BRZ/ Toyota GT86, so we decided to go for it and share the images of the initial production version of the UEL Headers here.

The above unequal length (UEL) Headers is catless and gives out clearer boxer sound, compared to the equal length one, on the Subaru BRZ/ Toyota 86.

Toyota 86 Extractor & Cat Pipe

Here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop, we have the developed both the Equal Length (EL) and Unequal Length (UEL) Exhaust Headers/ Extractor for the Toyota 86, for customers with different needs and requirement.

Here is one equal length SUPERCIRCUIT Headers, along with the SUPERCIRCUIT Cat Delete Pipe, installed to the Toyota 86 below.

The pictures below shows the SUPERCIRCUIT catless headers and cat delete pipe vs. the factory stock ones. The SUPERCIRCUIT Toyota 86 Headers and Cat Delete Pipe is made with larger bore mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and are fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for excellent exhaust flow efficiency and long lasting performance.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Toyota 86 Headers comes with over pipe as a package and is designed for direct bolt-on application as shown in the picture below.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Equal Length headers are designed for direct bolt-on, the CNC machined stainless steel flanges ensure perfect fitment and the equal length pipes formation allows the exhaust gases from the boxer engine flows smoothly for smoother torque and horsepower band.    

The SUPERCIRCUIT Cat Delete Pipe or Catpipe is also made from mandrel bent stainless steel pipes of the same grade of material and then fully hand welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges by the master craftsmen here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop. Just like the headers, this cat delete pipe is made for direct bolt-on application too! So no further modification is needed during the installation process.

Subaru BRZ Headers & Over Pipe

We have just installed the equal-length SUPERCIRCUIT Headers & Over pipe kit to the Subaru BRZ. Here are the photos during the installation at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop's installation bays:

This is how the Subaru BRZ's FA20 engine looks like after the factory stock headers are removed.

The Subaru BRZ stock original Headers and Over Pipe is laying side by side with the equal-length SUPERCIRCUIT catless Headers & Over pipe.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Subaru BRZ Headers + Over Pipe Kit is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and are fully TIG/Argon welded by the master craftsmen here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop for direct bolt-on application.

The SUPERCIRCUIT headers + over pipe kit made for the Subaru BRZ is designed for direct bolt-on application, no modification is required during the installation, for better and non-restrictive exhaust flow. Since it is catless, the O2 sensor deflouler/ mini cat might be required to avoid the CEL issue in some countries.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Headers + Over Pipe kit is installed to the Subaru BRZ's FA20 engine as shown in the pictures below.

The kit is also fully compatible with the factory stock catback exhaust system as show below.

Toyota 86 Exhaust Headers

Here is another Toyota 86 installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Headers just before the turn of the year here at SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.

After removing the under guard, you will see the factory stock exhaust headers of the Toyota 86, wrapped in aluminium heat shields.

This is how it is looks like after the headers is removed from the Toyota 86's FA20 boxer engine.

 

The comparison between the Toyota 86 factory stock headers and the SUPERCIRCUIT one. The SUPERCIRCUIT exhaust headers is significantly lighter and has larger pipe size to promote higher exhaust flow efficiency. It is catless too!
