Toyota 86 UEL Headers

We have supplied and installed yet another Toyota 86 with the SUPERCIRCUIT UEL (unequal length) Headers here at our installation bays!

First, remove the factory stock headers from the Toyota 86's 4U-GSE/ FA20 flat-four engine, and the below picture shows how it looks like after the factory stock original headers are removed.

The SUPERCIRCUIT UEL Headers (wrapped in thermal wrappings) is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for long lasting performance and durability.

The SUPERCIRCUIT UEL Headers + Over Pipe Kit is installed to the 4U-GSE/FA20 shown in the picutre above. It is designed with two primary pipes from one side of the boxer engine, traveled at different distances to the collector as compared to the other two primary pipes from another side of the engine; causing the exhaust to create the iconic Subaru rumble!

The SUPERCIRCUIT UEL Headers + Over Pipe Kit is designed for direct bolt-on application and is fully compatible with the rest of the Toyota 86's cat-back exhaust system as shown in the pictures below.

Toyota 86 Exhaust Headers

Here is another Toyota 86 installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Headers just before the turn of the year here at SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.

After removing the under guard, you will see the factory stock exhaust headers of the Toyota 86, wrapped in aluminium heat shields.

This is how it is looks like after the headers is removed from the Toyota 86's FA20 boxer engine.

 

The comparison between the Toyota 86 factory stock headers and the SUPERCIRCUIT one. The SUPERCIRCUIT exhaust headers is significantly lighter and has larger pipe size to promote higher exhaust flow efficiency. It is catless too!
