The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe featured here is specially developed for the Mercedes Benz A180 BlueEFFICIENCY's M270 DE 16 AL turbo charged 1.6 engine, to promote better exhaust flow efficiency, hence faster turbo spooling and better torque at lower end. Great for tuning or ecu remapping!

The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flange for direct bolt-on application.

This SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is designed for direct clamp-on to the Mercedes Benz A180 (W176)'s turbo outlet as shown in the pictures below, mod or cut is required during the installation.

At the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe pipe, just reuse the original exhaust clamp to connect it to the rest of the factory stock exhaust system of the Mercedes Benz A180 (W176) since the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is designed to be fully compatible and plug 'n play with the original exhaust system.

The current version of the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is divided into two sections for ease of installation. They are connected via an exhaust clamp (included) to the 'slip joint' (AS SHOWN IN THE PICTURES BELOW).

The SUPERCIRCUIT oversized downpipe is catless vs. the Mercedes Benz A250 downpipe. The catless downpipe is less restrictive and promote better exhaust flow, hence lower EGT and faster turbo spool.

The stainless steel flanges are made from high precision CNC machining, it fits nicely to the Mercedes Benz A250 turbo outlet. Just straight bolt-on.

All fabricated with 304 stainless steel CNC mandrel bent pipes and TIG/Argon welded.
