Mercedes Benz CLS 350 (W219) Exhaust Customization

The Mercedes Benz (W219) CLS 350 with 3498cc V6 CGI engine is claimed to be able to procude 288hp (292PS) and 365Nm (269lbft) of torque on crank.

We have custom made the catback exhaust system for a tuned Mercedes Benz CLS 350 with at least 700hp on wheels with 2.5" stainless steel mandrel bent pipes, matched with two high quality straight flow mufflers and fully TIG/Argon hand welded by our master craftsmen here at SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop. 

Research shown the cross pipe formation at the middle synchronize the balance of the exhaust pulses from each bank of cylinders of the V6 engine based on firing order which increases velocity and scavenging from each cylinder.

Mercedes Benz C250 (W204) Quad Exhaust Custom

We have customized a set of quad tailpipes exhaust system to the below Mercedes Benz C250 CGI (W204).

The rear under bumper diffuser (C63 style) of this Mercedes Benz C250 is pre-installed, before we can start working on the quad exhaust customization. 

This quad axle back exhaust system is done with grade 304 stainless steel materials, CNC mandrel bent piping and full TIG/Argon hand welded by our master craftsmen here at SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.
