BMW F10 523i (N52) Downpipe

SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop has probably the largest collection of catless turbo downpipes developed for BMW tuners in the region, from the entry level BMW F20 1-series to the large SUV BMW X6 V8 engine, to cater for your tuning and remapping needs.

This is the N52B25 inline 6-cylinder mill produced around 2010-2011 for the Asian-only BMW F10 523i.

Below is how the turbo outlet looks like on the N52B25.

The factory stock BMW F10 523i downpipe with a big catalytic converter vs. the larger bore SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe which is catless.

The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and are fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flange for flawless fitment and durability.

The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe made for the BMW F10 523i is designed to bolt-on straight away. The high precision CNC machined stainless steel flange is fastened to the turbo outlet via the stock supplied exhaust clamp. At the other end of the downpipe, it is a slip-joint which is compatible with the factory stock catback exhaust system. No mod or cut is required during the installation.

The catless downpipe is ideal for ecu remapping and tuning needs, it allows the exhaust gas to flow freely and less restrictive, hence faster turbo spooling and lesser turbo lag.
