VW Golf 6 GTI Twin Loop Exhaust Customization

Here at SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop, we strive to provide our best quality products and workmanship; and sometimes, even stretch our creativity further......

We have custom made a twin looped rear muffler system for this Volkswagen Golf 6 GTI, matched with the SuperCircuit cat deleted downpipe for maximum performance and sweet exhaust note.

Firstly, secure the location of the two transversely located rear mufflers. Then, weld the all required stainless steel elbows to shape. Bring down the whole exhaust system for a complete TIG/Argon welding.

Nissan Fairlady 350Z Exhaust System

We have done yet another Nissan Fairlady 350Z exhaust system again here at SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop. This exhaust set up consists the Cat Deleted Downpipe, Y-pipe, Connecting pipe and Rear Muffler System all made with grade 304 stainless steel and SuperCircuit craftsmanship. Enjoy the photos:

The Nissan Fairlady 350Z rear muffler and downpipe has been taken down.

SuperCircuit stainless steel, cat deleted downpipe is installed. Note the stock Y-pipe is still there....

Now, the SuperCircuit 2.5" stainless steel Y-pipe is installed.

Then, it is time to put up the rear muffler kit....

With all of the above, you get a full exhaust system for Nissan Fairlady 350Z.....

Honda CR-Z Full Exhuast System Customization

We have done a full exhaust system for the Honda CR-Z here at SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop, from exhaust header, cat deleted downpipe, middle section with resonator to S-flow rear muffler system.

Prior to the exhaust customization, some research and comparison is done against the other brands out there,  in order to get the best out of exhaust modification. Below is the scene of the project and dyno results after each critical section of the exhaust is done.

SuperCircuit cat deleted Downpipe - to replace the secondary catalytic converter.

The dyno results after changing to the SuperCircuit Downpipe. Extra about 3hp (NOTE: this is on wheels performance, on crank probably will gain around 5hp), torque gained an impressive 6.82Nm!

Then, the next step is the middle section and rear exhaust system:

We used grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bent piping, then joined with TIG/Argon welding by our master craftsman.

The we bring the CR-Z for a dyno run. An we got the below results:

SuperCircuit full Exhaust System for Honda CR-Z, gained 4hp on wheels and tremendous torque increase of  11.05Nm.
