The final results, you get a full stainless steel argon welded SuperCircuit 4-1 extractor at 5.34kg vs. factory stock extractor 6.99kg.

 The next step will be installing the original heat shield back to the SuperCircuit extractor.

We designed the extractor to be compatible with the original factory stock heat shield, for better temperature management at the engine bay.

Audi TT (8J) Downpipe

We have the cat deleted turbo downpipe for the Audi TT (8J) FSI 2.0. It is made with grade 304 stainless steel, mandrel bent and then TIG/Argon welded for perfect fit.

Stock exhaust with custom rear diffuser and quad outlet....

 

Fit to the turbo outlet without fuss.

This downpipe is designed to be able to fit 100% and compatible with the stock exhaust. No further modification is required.

Grade 304 mandrel bent 2.5" stainless steel piping is used for the downpipe, to ensure smooth and efficient exhaust flow.

CNC machined flange to ensure perfect plug 'n play with the turbo outlet. 

The O2 sensor bung is made with machined stainless steel material + hand welded TIG/Argon finishing - the SuperCircuit craftsmenship and quality.

Audi A4 (B7) Full Exhaust Customization

Full exhaust customization for Audi A4 (B7) is available at SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop. The whole exhaust is custom made from turbo downpipe, mid section with resonator and two rear mufflers.

It is made using grade 304 stainless steel, CNC mandrel bent piping matched with stainless steel resonators and mufflers, then TIG/Argon welded by our master craftsmen.

Honda Civic FN2 Type-R Header

SuperCircuit has the high performance 4-2-1 extractor just for your Honda Civic FN2 Type-R.

 

The SuperCircuit 4-2-1 large bore performance exhaust extractor is made with grade 304 full mandrel bent stainless steel with the size of 1 6/8"- 2.0" - 2 1/2" (44.45mm - 50.8mm - 63.5mm) formation for excellent exhaust flow efficiency.

Nissan Fairlady 350Z Full Exhaust Customization

We have done yet another full exhaust system for the Nissan Fairlady 350Z. It is done with full CNC mandrel bent grade 304 stainless steel piping, matched with stainless steel resonator and mufflers, then TIG/Argon welded by our master craftsmen. All the sections are 100% compatible with the stock exhaust system and can be matched with the stock exhaust system individually.

The cat deleted downpipes come out from the V6 3.5L engine.

The 2.5" downpipes then matched to the Y-pipe. Both 100% OEM compatible and is designed for plug 'n play with the stock exhaust system.

The Centre pipe is specially made with a oval resonator.

The it comes to the rear muffler boxes....

We used a twin boxes setup for this Fairlady 350Z, matched with the oval centre resonator for low deep bassy sound.

Citroen DS4 THP Turbo Downpipe

We have done the development of the turbo downpipe for the 200ps Citroen DS4 THP. There are the photos:

 Below is the Citroen DS4 THP 1.6 200ps turbo charged engine bay.

This is the stock turbo downpipe, made of cast iron and a catalytic converter is attached with it.

This is the stainless steel, cat deleted downpipe with resonator.

The downpipe is then wrapped with thermal wrapping and a defouler is installed to the O2 sensor bung.

The bottom of the downpipe is made of CNC machined trumpet-like flange for 100% OEM compatibility.

The heat shield is then installed back for neat engine bay appearance as well as better temperature control around the engine bay.
