Porsche 996 Exhaust Customization

We have a request from the owner of this Porsche 996 to customize a special set of exhaust system in stainless steel. The exhaust flow has to be efficient while maintaining a certain level of quietness. We come out with the below exhaust setting:

The three resonator + one canister type of exhaust set up will give a very good exhaust flow efficiency, without scarifying exhaust back pressure due to the extra canister.

VW Golf R Downpipe with 22PS extra horse power!

We have developed the 3.0" stainless steel turbo downpipe for Volkswagen Golf R here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop!

The Golf R is powered by a 2.0L FSI turbocharged engine that produces 271PS and 350NM of torque on engine. Which is claimed to be able to get from 0-100km/h in 5.5 seconds with the DSG gearbox.

The Golf R employs the 4th generation 4motion all-wheel drive system with the drive shaft going through the undercarriage, along the exhaust downpipe to the rear as show above. 

The Golf R also received a larger K04 turbo instead of the K03 on the Golf Mk6 GTI.

The SuperCircuit 3.0" downpipe is installed.

The O2 sensor defouler is installed to overcome the CEL issue.

The SuperCircuit downpipe for Golf R is 100% compatible with the factory stock exhaust system, no need to cut and weld, just plug 'n play.

Most importantly, just by changing to the SuperCircuit decated downpipe, the performance gains about 22PS on wheels!

Audi TT Quad Exhaust Customization

The Audi TT quad exhaust customization is yet another exhaust customization job performed by SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop, Sunway Technology Park.

All of the above is done by grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bent stainless steel piping, TIG-Argon welding by our master craftsmen here at SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.

Toyota Mark X Quad Exhaust Custom

We have done the quad exhaust customization for Toyota Mark X (X120) here at SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.  

 
This Toyota Mark X is installed with special custom made rear bumper, so the quad exhaust system can be installed.

It starts from the header. The stock headers of the Toyota Mark X V6 engine shown below.

The header is removed from the Mark X's V6 engine....
