MAZDA 3 Axle-back Exhaust 'SPORTY' Setup

Here we present you the 3rd of the 4 types of possible rear muffler sound level (RACE, DYNAMIC SPORT, SPORTY and STREET) for your Mazda 3 axle-back setup: the double Semi-straight flow Muffler 'SPORTY' Setup.

The 'SPORTY' exhaust note is again a step lower than the 'DYNAMIC SPORT' version due to the semi-straight flow inner construction of the mufflers.

A different construction are used here in the mufflers, but all are still made with grade 304 stainless steel from mufflers to the mandrel bent pipes, then fully TIG/Argon welded by the master craftsmen here at SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop. No compromise on the quality and workmanship!

The 'DYNAMIC SPORT' axle-back exhaust system for the Mazda 3 is specially crafted with two oval-shaped straight-flow mufflers (SEE BELOW) for the desired exhaust note which is a step lower than the round-shaped straight-flow muffler installed on the 'RACE' setup Mazda 3 in our earlier post.

BMW M3 E92 Catback Exhaust Custom

This exhaust setup with the twin parallel running 2.5" stainless steel pipes and a cross-pipe/ X-pipe in the middle for more balanced exhaust pressure from left bank and right bank of the V8 engine (SEE BELOW). This does not only provides smoother acceleration, it also gives nicer exhaust sound too!

Fully made with grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bent pipes, carefully selected double resonators and twin oval semi-s flow rear muffler boxes, then fully TIG/Argon welded by the master craftsmen here to match with the high power output power of the 4.0 V8 mill capable of  414bhp and 400Nm of torque as claimed by the manufacturer.

Honda HR-V Extractor

For a less restrictive and higher exhaust flow efficiency, another Honda HR-V / Vezel has installed with a SUPERCIRCUIT Headers/ Extractor.

The factory stock Honda HR-V headers vs. the high flow catless headers from SUPERCIRCUIT.

The Honda HR-V/ Vezel's 1.8L in-line 4 cylinder (R18Z9) mill shown below. Pop the bonnet and the headers/ extractor is easily accessed.

The SUPERCIRCUIT extractor/ headers is specially created for the 2nd generation Honda HR-V, installation is just straight bolt-on. No weld and cut is required, all sensors are plugged back in position.

Made of grade 304 stainless steel and fully TIG/Argon welded, the SUPERCIRCUIT Honda HR-V extractor provides better low-end torque and more horsepower.
