Volvo V60 T5 Drive-E Downpipe

SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe supplied and installed to the Volvo V60 T5 Drive-E, for unrestricted exhaust flow efficiency and faster turbo spooling, hence gains more horsepower and torque!


The 2011-2018 Volvo V60 T5 Drive-E is at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop's installation bays for the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe.


In the picture below, the SUPERCIRCUIT 3.0" catless downpipe VS. the Volvo V60 T5 Drive-E factory stock downpipe which comes with a huge catalytic converter.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and fully TiG/Argon welded on CNC machined turbo flange for direct bolt-on application.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is designed for direct bolt-on application. At the front, it is bolted onto the turbo outlet of the Volvo V60 T5 Drive-E engine without having any further modification.



The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is made for direct plug 'n play, it is compatible with the factory turbo and the rest of the original cat-back exhaust system on the Volvo V60 T5 Drive-E as shown in the pictures below. No mod or weld is required during the installation.



This catless downpipe promotes better exhaust flow and is best to match with ecu remapping/ tuning for optimum performance.

Subaru XV1 UEL Headers

We have supplied yet another 1st gen. Subaru XV with our SUPERCIRCUIT made Un-Equal Length (UEL) Headers.


The SUPERCIRCUIT unequal length headers a.k.a. UEL Headers is designed with the two primary pipes from one side of the boxer engine, traveled at different distances to the collector as compared to the other two primary pipes from another side of the engine; causing the exhaust to create the iconic 'Subaru boxer rumble'!

The SUPERCIRCUIT UEL Headers made for the 1st generation Subaru XV/ Crosstrek is installed to the FB20B boxer engine as shown in the picture below. Just a direct swap with the factory stock header, no further mod is required during the installation.


The SUPERCIRCUIT UEL Exhaust Header is fabricated with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for direct bolt-on application to the 1st gen. Subaru XV/ Crosstrek.

Honda Jazz GK5 Headers

We have just supplied and installed yet another SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Headers made to the 3rd gen. Honda Jazz/ Fit GK5.

This generation of Honda Jazz/ Fit GK in Malaysia is powered by the non-direct-injected 1.5-liter L15A SOHC i-VTEC engine.


This is how the exhaust outlet port looks like after the factory stock original exhaust header is removed from the L15A SOHC engine on the Honda Jazz GK5.


In the picture below, the factory stock original Honda Jazz (GK5) Hybrid headers with a huge catalytic converter (RIGHT) vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT catless headers made of full stainless steel (LEFT).


The SUPERCIRCUIT Headers developed for the Honda Jazz GK5 is made from grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flanges for direct bolt-on application.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Headers made for the Honda Jazz GK5 is designed for direct bolt-on application and is fully compatible with the factory stock original heat shield and EGR pipe. No cut or weld is required during the installation.


The above SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Header is also fully compatible with the original EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) pipe and factory stock cat-back exhaust system. No cut or weld is required during the whole installation process.

BMW E82 Z4 Exhaust Headers

BMW Z4 Convertible (E85; 2002–2008) is at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop and we have supplied and installed the SUPERCIRCUIT catless headers to it.


This BMW E85 Z4 is powered by the N52 inline-6 cylinder engine as shown below.


The factory stock original exhaust headers are removed from the BMW E85 Z4's N52 engine.


The free flow SUPERCIRCUIT exhaust headers vs. the BMW E85 Z4 factory stock original ones.

The SUPERCIRCUIT exhaust headers are made of full grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and fully TIG/Argon welded for durability and long lasting performance.


The full stainless steel SUPERCIRCUIT exhaust headers are designed for direct bolt-on application. The stainless steel top flanges will fit the exhaust outlets of the N52 engine without having any further mod.


The picture below shows how it looks like from the undercarriage after the SUPERCIRCUIT Headers are installed to the BMW E85 Z4.


The full stainless steel SUPERCIRCUIT exhaust headers are designed for direct bolt-on application. It is fully compatible with the BMW E85 Z4 factory stock original cat-back exhaust system and bolted straight as shown in the picture below.

BMW M4 (F82) Downpipes

We have supplied and installed yet another BMW M4 (F82) with the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipes here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop's installation bays.


The BMW M4 is powered by the 3.0L inline-6 engine (S55B30) shown in the picture below, which is equipped with twin mono-scroll turbochargers rated at 425hp/ 550Nm peak performance.


The BMW M4 factory stocks original downpipes vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT cat-less downpipes in full stainless steel. The SUPERCIRCUIT cat-less downpipes are made of grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and fully TIG/Argon welded. developed for direct bolt-on application.


The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipes are installed to the BMW F82 M4 as shown in the pictures below. These SUPERCIRCUIT downpipes are designed for direct bolt-on application, no mod or cut is required during the installation.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipes clamped onto the turbo outlets at the top and matched with the BMW F82 M4 factory stock original cat-back exhaust system at the bottom.



These cat-less downpipes are designed and developed to promote better exhaust flow and is best to match with ecu remapping/ tuning for optimum performance.

Proton Satria Neo CPS Extractor

Featured below is the tuned-length SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Extractor made for the Proton Satria Neo CAMPRO.


The below picture shows how the exhaust outlet looks like after the factory stock original extractor is removed from the CAMPRO CPS engine.


The SUPERCIRUCIT tuned-length headers vs. some aftermarket one.

Note the primary piping of the SUPERCIRUCIT headers are significantly longer and it is dyno proven that such length is effectively gains better horsepower and torque on the CAMPRO CPS engine.


The SUPERCIRCUIT tuned length 4-2-1 extractor installed to the Proton's CAMPRO CPS engine on the Satria Neo CPS below.

SUPERCIRCUIT is probably one of the best extractors available for the Proton CAMPRO/ CAMPRO CPS engine apart from the official Proton R3 one.

Featured below, the tuned-length SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Extractor made for the Proton Satria Neo CAMPRO.


The factory stock original extractor is removed from the CAMPRO engine and The exhaust outlet ports on the CAMPRO engine after the extractor is removed.

Mercedes-AMG A45 Downpipe

We have supplied and installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe to yet another Mercedes-AMG A45 (W176) here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop's installation bays.


The below picture shown how the turbo outlet of the twin scroll turbo-charged M133 engine looks like on the Merc. A45 after the factory stock original downpipe is removed.


The factory stock original downpipe is side-by-side with the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe after it is being removed from the Merc. A45's turbo outlet.

The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe which is made of grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flanges is catless and promotes better exhaust flow, for better low-end torque and less turbo lag.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Merc-AMG A45 (W176) Downpipe is designed for direct bolt-on application. No mod or weld is required during the installation, just simply clamped onto the turbo outlet via the original exhaust clamp as shown in the picture below.


At the other side of the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe, it is also clamped onto the factory original cat-back exhaust system via the original exhaust clamp as shown in the picture below.


This catless downpipe promotes better exhaust flow and is best to match with ecu remapping/ tuning for optimum performance.
