Toyota 86 UEL Header & Front Pipe

Thank you very much for the customer's support, we have supplied and installed yet another Toyota 86 with the SUPERCIRCUIT UEL (unequal length) Exhaust Header & Front Pipe here at our installation bays!


The SUPERCIRCUIT UEL (unequal-length) Exhaust Header & Front Pipe is made for better and unrestricted exhaust flow.

UEL HEADER & FRONT PIPE made for Toyota 86/ Subaru BRZ by SUPERCIRCUIT.

The SUPERCIRCUIT UEL Header & Front Pipe is made with larger bore grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and are fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for a direct swap with the Toyota 86 orginal ones.


The exhaust ports of the 4U-GSE/FA20 engine after the factory stock header is removed.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Unequal-Length (a.k.a. UEL) Exhaust Header is designed with the two primary pipes from one side of the boxer engine, traveled at different distances to the collector as compared to the other two primary pipes from another side of the engine; causing the exhaust to create the iconic exhaust rumbling note!

Proton X50 Turbo Downpipe

We have supplied and installed yet another Proton X50 with the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe here at the SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop's installation bays.


The factory stock original turbo downpipe can be accessed via the undercarriage of the Proton X50's 1.5L T-GDI turbo charged engine as indicated in the picture below.


Pictured below, the turbo outlet of the Proton X50's 1.5 T-GDI engine after the stock downpipe is removed.


The stock downpipe is clamped onto the turbo outlet via an exhaust clamp at the top and bolted onto the rest of the exhaust system at the bottom, which can be removed fairly easily.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is clamped onto the turbo outlet of the Proton X50's turbo outlet via the original exhaust clamp and bolted onto the rest of the exhaust system at the bottom as shown in the pictures below.

Volvo V40 T5 CROSS COUNTRY Downpipe

Here is yet another Volvo V40 CROSS COUNTRY T5 installed the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe at our installation bays.


In the below pictures, the turbo outlet of the Volvo V40 CROSS COUNTRY's 2.0L T5 non-DRIVE E (B5204T9 engine) after the factory stock original downpipe is removed from the engine.



Pictured below, the free-flow SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe vs. the factory stock original downpipe of the Volvo V40 CROSS COUNTRY T5 which has a huge catalytic converter.

The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe is made with 3.0" mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for precised fitment and long lasting performance.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is straight bolted onto the turbo outlet (picture below) and at the other end, it is compatible with the Volvo V40 CROSS COUNTRY T5's factory stock catback exhaust system (further picture below). No mod or weld is required during the installation.

Nissan 350Z (Z33) Headers

Featured below, the direct bolt-on SUPERCIRCUIT exhaust headers designed to bring out the potential of the Nissan Fairlady 350Z (Z33)'s VQ35DE V6 engine.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Nissan Fairlady 350Z (Z33) Headers are on the floor of the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop's installation bays, waiting to be installed to the car in the background of the picture below.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Headers made for the Nissan Fairlady 350Z (Z33) is crafted from grade 304 mandrel bend stainless steel pipes and fully hand TiG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for direct bolt-on application. The larger bore piping and tuned length primary sections is proven to provide better torque and smoother power band over the factory stock ones!


In the below picture, view from the undercarriage after the factory stock original headers were removed from the Nissan Fairlady 350Z (Z33)'s V6 engine.


The SUPERCIRCUIT exhaust header is installed to the RH side of the Nissan Fairlady 350Z (Z33)'s VQ35DE V6 engine, clearance of the steering rod can be seen next to the exhaust header in the picture below.


The LH side of the engine with the SUPERCIRCUIT exhaust headers installed as shown in the picture below.


The stainless steel SUPERCIRCUIT Headers are designed for direct bolt-on application to the Nissan 350Z (Z33)'s VQ35DE engine and fully compatible with the factory stock original cat-back exhaust system. No mod or weld is required during the installation.

Proton X50 Downpipe

The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe shown below is specially developed for the Proton X50 1.5L T-GDI turbo-charged engine, for better exhaust flow efficiency, faster turbo spooling, lesser turbo-lag and better low-end torque!



The turbo outlet of the Proton X50's 1.5 T-GDI engine after the stock downpipe is removed. The stock downpipe is clamped onto the turbo outlet via an exhaust clamp at the top and bolted onto the rest of the exhaust system at the bottom, which can be removed fairly easily.


Shown in the picture below, the Proton X50's factory stock original downpipe with a huge catalytic converter (RIGHT) vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe (LEFT).


The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe is made of grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for direct bolt-on application. No cut or weld is required during the installation.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is clamped onto the turbo outlet of the Proton X50's turbo outlet via the original exhaust clamp and bolted onto the rest of the exhaust system at the bottom as shown in the pictures below.
