BMW E89 Z4 35i Downpipes

SUPERCIRCUIT has probably the largest collections of turbo downpipe in the country, even if the car model is not in our product list, it is still always be able to custom made with the car here at our factory.

There is a set of downpipes custom fabricated for the BMW E89 Z4 35i with N54B30 twin turbo.

The N54B30 inline 6-cylinder engine of the BMW E89 Z4 35i shown below and it has twin turbo.

The arrow below points to the factory stock downpipes which will be removed for a set of custom made catless downpipe hand made here at SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop's factory.

A closer look at the turbo outlets of the BMW E89 Z4 35i twin turbo N54B30 engine.

The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe is custom hand made for the BMW E89 Z4 35i featured here. Compared to the factory stock downpipes which are with high cell count catalytic converter, the SUPERCIRCUIT ones are catless and a lot less restrictive.

The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipes are installed to the BMW E89 Z4 35i and they are designed for direct bolt-on application, no weld or cut on the existing exhaust system.

All are hand crafted with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and fully TIG/Argon welded by the master craftsmen here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop. These catless downpipes are ideal for ecu tuning or remapping.

Audi Q7 V8 4.2 FSI Downpipes

SUPERCIRCUIT has probably the largest collection of turbo downpipes and catless downpipes in the country and here is one developed for the 1st generation Audi Q7 (Type 4L) 4.2L V8 FSI engine.

The below arrows shown where the turbo downpipes and secondary cat pipes are.

Both the factory stock downpipes and the secondary cat pipes are removed (SEE BELOW PICTURES). 

The below picture shows how the turbo outlet of the left bank looked like on the Audi Q7 4.2FSI V8 engine.

And this is the turbo outlet of the right bank.

The below pictures show both the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe and catpipes vs. the Audi Q7 4.2 FSI V8 factory stock downpipes and catpipes which are with huge high cell-count catalytic converters.  

The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipes and cat pipes made for the Audi Q7 4.2 FSI V8 are fabricated with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and are fully TIG/Argon welded for optimum performance and durability.

More important is, they are fully plug 'n play. Direct bolt-on to the turbo outlets of the Audi Q7 4.2 FSI V8 engine and slipped onto the rest of the factory stock catback exhaust system. No cut and weld is required.

They are fully compatible with the Audi Q7 V8 4.2 FSI stock exhaust system as shown in the picture below.
